I got the soup, sandwich, drink and dessert combo a couple weeks ago after school and I definitely want to go back. I got the sandwich on a gluten free (GF) bun (out of medical need; I wouldn’t willingly eat gluten free food, if I had the choice). The food was good; I can only suggest a different option for the GF bun (would the owners consider Promise or Schär instead of the GF poppyseed bun they use? I find that Promise and Schär have better integrity and don’t disintegrate into a million pieces when I take a bite of the product). The potato soup was lovely and I would go back for a second GF brownie. I also wonder if the owners would consider more GF dessert options. I know of an amazing dedicated GF and dairy free (DF) bakery in London that I quite like. This bakery makes GF and DF butter tarts, cookies, cakes, and they stock their display case with other delectable GF goodies from other bakeries. Their motto is, “The Best just happens to be gluten free”. Overall, this is an establishment that I would willingly return to. I looked in their frozen section and I think I’ll plan a trip between classes sometime soon. You gotta eat here.

The food was delicious! They have SO MANY options of soup, plus 4 new different soups of the week every week! I got the avocado blt on a gluten free bun which was delicious! The bun was high quality and didn’t even fall apart! Then I had the sausage, potato, and spinach soup which was also good. I got fresh cut fries which had their own dedicated gluten free fryer which was awesome! Finally, they even had a gluten free brownie for dessert which was SO good! The service was fast and friendly, and I definitely will be back again! My only complaint is that it was quite expensive.

Cinnamon buns, sandwiches, and service still top notch, but honestly probably won’t be going back much as the chicken pot
pie soup now tastes like onion, and has a
strange crumbled cracker on top instead of the puff pastry.

Great food! The chilli was amazing and the Melissa melt sandwich was heavenly. Super busy on a Friday afternoon so it took a while to get served but worth the wait.

I placed a pick up order for 1:10pm. I ordered chicken pot pie fries with no green onions and no pie crust. I arrived at the time it was estimated to be ready. At that moment there were no other customers waiting for food. There was a take out container waiting on the counter. No one greeted me when I came in, multiple staff looked at me and the ticket in the counter. After letting it sit there for ten minutes a staff member finally asked if anyone was there for pick up. This staff member proceeded to tell me I should have announced myself so they would know I was there. I have never had to do that before as someone has always said “Hi are you here for pickup and what is your name?”. I left there disappointed in the customer service received only to return to the office and find that my order was wrong. I will not be returning to this establishment again.

First off let me start with the monotone customer service he had no smile was like a lot and quite short and bit rude aswell!!!? We had ordered 3 soups with sandwiched n deserts course the whole works as in drinks for combo deal !!!!!, after seeing we had paid over 100$!!!! I had went to ask and get this corrected i then had a young female just was way rude / short with me off the start I had asked why we did not tecieve the combo deal she said oh you dont get that it’s only with the small or medium combos!! like really we ordered three soups in each was $18 alone now tell me why you wouldn’t receive a combo deal just because you bought the most expensive one as we were discussing the none sense of that logic the monotone man had even said well there drinks should be free and she replied again nooo only with the small and medium ., can anyone please make sense of this none realistic bullshit !!!!!! For me over 100$ and no combo discount or price only if u spend less money u pay less !!!!! I recommend going to the grocery store buying all the items needed, and you could probably make a week worth of the same thing for under the price or if you decide to go out, you could even go to the big fish and enjoy a nice environment. Get some alcoholic beverages, appetizers, desserts, and it’s still way more worth it. Below is what u get for over 100$ as me and my two boys all got same thing and again not under not exactly but OVER100$ way over priced and not worth it thats my honest truth each person of pure can make their own I thought I’d just give the heads up
