Chad’s Chai is such a cozy, intentional space and instantly makes you want to slow down. I ordered a chai latte that was smooth, comforting, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—and paired it with the chocolate chip cookies with chai, which were deliciously chewy and rich. The atmosphere is warm, filled with natural light and greenery, and feels perfect for a quiet moment to yourself or a relaxed catch-up. Best for: slow mornings, journaling, or a cozy coffee (chai) date. A true local gem and absolutely worth the visit.

I would recommend the London Fog; it’s light, refreshing, and aromatic. The pecan orange cranberry scone and chai chocolate chip cookie were yummy. Interior is well decorated and there’s a reasonable amount of seating, mainly 2 person tables inside and some 4 person tables outside. Food and drinks were served very quickly.

This is the perfect place for Tea, Latte, my Ultimate Favorite is the Campfire Latte. First, let me say – I thought Lattes were for coffees only! But this one Campfire Latte is Everything! I’ve been here too much in the last week!
They have the perfect presentation on the clear tea pots and the Japanese Bread and the Chai Chocolate Chip Cookie is the best. I’ve had the morning bun and it’s perfect not to sweet if your watching your calories and want a perfect morning or anytime treat.
The ambiance is perfect Morning, Afternoon, and Evening!!
I love everything about this place!! The staff is friendly and professional!! The restrooms are clean!

Came in today on a whim while on a walk with a friend. We both got the hot vanilla chai latte—hers with almond milk, mine with whole milk. They were both excellent and we drank every drop. We both commented how tasty the drinks were. The location is very cute and welcoming. It is spacious with plenty of seating and an overall inviting vibe. Can’t wait for my next visit to read and chill out for a bit. Perfect cozy season location!

i can’t brag enough about how amazing this place is! from the incredible quality of the chai, to the stellar atmosphere with high ceilings and beautiful minimalist but cozy design- this is the place to be!
I’m not a coffee person, so sometimes I’m hard pressed to find a spot that does more than just matcha as the alternative to a coffee drink, but I’ve found my spot! Try the “chai yai-yai”, if you’re so inclined, for a spicier (but not too spicy!) take on a traditional chai-my personal fav!
Also important to note- I have never met a barista here I didn’t like, they are all warm and personable! So grateful for Chad’s Chai!

We’ve been wanting to stop in and try Chad’s Chai drinks. We walked in and it was peaceful, bright and roomy. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. It took us a while to figure out what we wanted as there were so many we wanted to try. When we finally decided what to get, we went to the counter and we were greeted by Andie! Andie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, VERY ENERGETIC, HELPFUL, AWESOME VIBES and I can’t forget Andie’s RADIANT SMILE!!! You really made my day better!!!!
So I ordered a hot Dirty Golden Milk Latte that has a shot of coffee in it! My daughter ordered a hot Spiced Apple Chai-der. Kinsey made our drinks
Kinsey is very nice and friendly . The drinks were FABULOUS! The Dirty Golden had so much flavor!!! I could really taste the ginger and turmeric! I should have ordered the 16 oz instead of the 12 oz. I’m still craving it now! My daughter really enjoyed her drink as well! Great flavors!
We are so looking forward to coming back!!!! Parking can be tricky but we got a spot right close to Chad’s Chai!

Beautifully defeated and a very calm place. Great for relaxing or reading a book. Multiple couches for groups and even a section that you don’t use chairs. I recommend the golden milk latte with tumeric and ginger. They also have a large selection of loose leaf tea and accessories. Great for dates and just the casual meetup.

Today was my second time visiting, and both times, we’ve loved everything we ordered. Last time I had the iced tea flight, which was so nice on a warm day. Today we ordered hot drinks, and they were amazing. All the pastries we’ve gotten have also been really tasty.

Great spot!! Definitely one of our regular stops while downtown. Plenty of tea options and the staff is always super nice! Also, Lots of seating and even board games if you want to hang out for a while! Highly recommend! Only con is no coffee, all tea, which I should have anticipated from the name
