Ordered a large deep dish and was given 1 small box. Had to ask remind the employee several times and show receipt to confirm it was a large. The pizza definitely had little to no tomato sauce and was really hard and dry.

I’m so sick of getting pizzas/breadsticks that aren’t properly cut. Every time I get a cheesebread from this place it’s cut into eight slices, it’s supposed to be ten. I’ve complained before and then had to wait fifteen minutes for them to make a new one and then they cut it into sixteen as of to spite me. I’m not being petty, when cut into eight the slices are too big to dip in the sauce containers. On top of being too big to dip, I was dining with someone who has no teeth, smaller slices are easier to eat. Even more, not only were the sliced not cut to the right quantity, but the cuts weren’t even all the way through, so we had to tear the pieces apart. Lazy incompetent cooks work in their kitchen, I used to work in a pizza kitchen, it’s a simple job to cut, too simple to get wrong.

Wanted to try new pizza cups but was told it would be a 45 minute wait so l ordered Crazy Bread Combo and received an order that should’ve been put in garbage!!! Bread was misshapen and hard! It was edible at all! Tried to call, no one answered phone! Never again

Would rate 0 stars if i could, wheres the hot and ready? Poor staff service, food was bad compared to other little caesars, no sign to indicate you need to pay at a machine, they stand there and stare instead of helping.

Took them a few, but the staff is friendly, and be patient, the kids are doing a good job and giving the best they can.
