It was my first time at Lou Malnatis Pizzeria in Palos Heights. I enjoyed the decorations. The space was clean, and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The beef sandwich was outstanding. Lou Malnati’s salad is one of the best salad out there. Loaded with salami bits, blue cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and their sweet vinegarette dressing is out of this world.
For my birthday, Lou Malnati’s gave me a coupon for a free medium pizza with a $20 purchase so we definitely got the salad to go.
We’ve been to many Lou Malnati’s and the Palos Heights locations service is the absolute best. Just because the girl at the front station is just so nice and friendly. We would recommend this location to anyone out there. It’s just a small carryout storefront so it is only to go. Nice and clean and it’s good enough to me.

Just moved to this area and was excited that we had a Lou’s 2 blocks away, then we ordered it. This has to be the worst location of any Lou’s I’ve ever patronized. First time ordering was the greatest pizza we had in a long time. 2nd time it took us 2.5 hours to get it delivered and they kept saying it was out for delivery. We got it and it was completely shifted to one side, just slid all over. 3rd and final time was this week. Massive chunks or sheets of under cooked sausage. We reached out to them and got an email back saying they would reach out to us. Glad I didn’t hold my breath cause that was two weeks ago and I guess they forgot about me already.

I first had Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza in November 2020, and Prior to this time Giordano’s had been my favorite deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati’s quickly put Giordano’s into the number two slot.
In November 2021 I met my son at Lou’s in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago. He recommended deep dish so I agreed. For me it was love at first bite! From that moment Giordano’s was moved down to number two.
Since I’m the southwest I began patronizing Lou’s in Palos Heights and I have not been disappointed.

The pizza was very good.. we had a Cheese deep dish and a lous deep dish, but the lou pizza was better than the cheese one. We also ordered a plain red sauce Spaghetti for my daughter but it was below average honestly so we won’t be ordering that again. That being said, we are definitely going back to try other dishes there including the chicken wings and salads cause we saw some people having that and it looked amazing.
