1. I ordered both the shake and mega tea special of the month. The shakes and drinks are nasty (in the nicest way possible). Both the shakes and mega tea’s have an awful aftertaste. My mega tea was horrendously sweet. There was so much powder added to the “tea”, that it was cloudy. I had to pour half of it into another glass with water to even make it drinkable. This lessened that bad aftertaste I mentioned, but it was still noticeable.
2. Darien, woman who owns this establishment, is extremely rude. Her employees are also rude. There is no “Hello, welcome in” or anything when a person comes in. The girls ignore you, don’t explain the ordering process, and treat you like you’re the dumb one. This was my first visit back to the establishment in several years, and the inside was so bland. Why even have seats if you discourage patrons from staying and working while they enjoy their overpriced and too-sweet-to-drink herbalife shake/tea? Anyone who enjoys this place must have some sort of personal connection to it; like a friend or daughter working there. The drinks are awful.

Literally had the worst experience here. The girl working was extremely unwelcoming and rude. We walked in and greeted her (after no one was in the store for like 3 minutes) and asked how she was doing and she just glared at us with no response and asked what we want. Will not be returning.

After a long time, I decided to stop by this shake shop. The $9.87 price for a shake was surprising, but I chose to stay and work. I did not think this would be an issue. Later, the owner caught my attention (from behind the counter) and said, “Girl, I don’t mean to be rude, but you’ve been here since 10:00am… Don’t you think it’s time to leave?” I was genuinely caught off guard because every coffee shop and shake shop, I have been to encourages customers to stay as it promotes a sense of community. I explained that I had been working and had never encountered this issue at other shops. The owners response to that was other customers may want to sit there. However, I was the only customer there, and there were plenty of open seats available. I know some places have signs that limit customers time, but never have I heard making a customer leave in a non busy place. If it was crowded I would have left anyway. I expect better customer service for any place of business. I am saddened to say, I cannot find it there. It is because of this, I will not return.

my friend and i went inside to get some drinks and the owner was just sitting there on her phone and barely even acknowledged us when we walked in. literally unreal such bad customer service. so sad considering that some employees are close friends of ours and the drinks are so good. makes me never want to go back. so unprofessional. and she was very rude when communicating to us and when we received our drinks she just set them down like nothing. i had to say “have a good day” to her cause i know she wasn’t going to say it in the first place.

I tried this place the first time and it was okay- however overpriced. The other issue I ran into was the masks. There is a sign outside- but none of the employees were wearing them correctly. Went back for a second time and their drinks tasted like drinking straight up crystal light powder. Everyone was nice, which was probably the only good part of the experience. I would throw this drink away- but I would feel bad for throwing 6 dollars down the drain.

Shakes are amazing can’t believe they are only 250 Cal and the tea burns an extra 80 Calories. Staff is amazing and give great recommendations. I had 2 combos a day and lost eight pounds of my vacation bloat! Plus The atmosphere of the café is very cool there’s a lot of seating including couches. Vibe Powell is also pet friendly and gives my dog a bone every time he comes in!

Such a shame that these fake shake shops are still even around. The owner of this one already shut down the Lakewood location so it’s only a matter of time when this follows.
