1/28/26: In the snow, two inside workers were present and fulfilling all orders as they could! As most of the city is AWOL, these two guys were putting in the effort! I appreciate y’all and your commitment to feeding those in a pinch. I order weekly but was impressed with the dedication! Thanks for our 3 perfect pizzas!

Ordered 2 pizzas online from Domino’s in Ashland City with the same toppings, one thin crust and the other pan. When the 2 pizzas was delivered, one was cheese. I did not order that. Called Domino’s and was told to call corporate and have proof and a receipt because the pizzas I ordered one shows as cheese. This guy tried to convince me i ordered cheese pizza when I didnt. My daughter and I both choose the toppings for both pizzas. I ordered bacon, pepperoni, and sausage, green peppers and onions on both pizzas and there was a picture of both pizzas before confirming the order. Anyone can make a mistake but I know what I ordered and that was not it. The other items ordered were fine. How can an online order with pictures show what we ordered and it is right but when the order shows at the restaurant its different.. I like cheese pizza I just did not order that.

Evidently, extra cheese is not considered a topping for some coupons. Inconsistent in their upcharges. Their food is not worth the prices they charge. They consistently over charge and under deliver. BUT, they hold the marketplace in Ashland City right now as being the only pizza delivery option without using a 3rd party…and, sadly, they KNOW IT.

Horrible service. A year ago it would take 20 mins to get you pizza if you were picking it up. Now they do not even acknowledge that you are at the window. Once you get frustrated enough to go inside it takes 30 mins to get your order. Will be going to pizza hut from now on.

Thank you for canceling my order and closing 30+ minutes early. I ordered 40 minutes before close. As an ex-Dominos employee with 20 plus years of great service, I’m sad to see that you’re choosing to operate this way. From other reviews, it looks like this is now a regular occurrence. Have ordered 4 times and went to pick up and nobody would come to door or windows. Banged on both. Orders already paid for and sat there for over an hour banging on door and windows. Would not recommend!!! So much for the nurses in Ashland city getting to eat!!!

At a wedding outside their delivery area and the catering company was late and not answering which caused a little panic. Called this Dominos and explained our situation. 100 hungry people and on a time crunch. The staff was so very kind and within minutes said they could and would help us out. I’m sure the idea of that many pizzas in a rush caused some panic for the staff but I didn’t know it because they were so kind and ready to help! Thank you!!!
