Excellent experience! The lady server was very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful — she took our preferences into consideration and recommended dishes that perfectly suited our taste. The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner was also incredibly kind and even treated us to a complimentary order of sesame balls. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back!

Let’s be real, if you are even reading this review it’s because you’re looking for a Chinese meal, or noodles, or whatever your keyword is. And perhaps you can’t quite believe that this restaurant, in such an unassuming part of Tucson, is really as good as the reviews suggest. WELL LET ME TELL YOU: this is truly a hidden gem of Tucson’s Chinese restaurant scene. Each dish that you order is going to HAVE THAT FLAVOR that you only find at a Chinese restaurant with a REAL chef back in the kitchen. Everything is cooked just right. Gosh I don’t even know what else to say, other than PLEASE check this place out. 4 items I would suggest you consider: black pepper beef udon, guo bau pork, Singapore noodle (a basic classic), and water boiled mix (beef & fish). I’ve been loving to keep coming back since they opened, and slowly working my way through their great menu. And I sincerely hope that you do too!
Came back, still delicious. The sour & soup with fish was so delicious, and the peppercorn chicken was buttery and made my mouth tingle!

As long-time fans of Kung Fu Noodle we were excited to try Kung Fu Kitchen. We were NOT disappointed; it was really good. The place was clean, well lit, very comfortable, and with plenty of parking. And, just like at Kung Fu Noodle, the service is warm and friendly. The food was awesome and special, not your run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurant. While they do have the American favorites, like brocolli beef, sweet and sour pork, etc. the menu is full of authentic Chinese cuisine. Every dish was distinct and there is a real attention to detail on ingredients and preparation. We tried the peppercorn fish fillet, which is a warming dish of fish broth with lots of nice pieces of white fish in it and jalapenos and Sichuan peppercorns. The crab puffs were excellent. The chive, shrimp, and pork dumplings were good, and so was the Mongolian chicken. It was spicy, and it had a nice touch of something (cumin?) which was good. The green onion pancake appetizer was fantastic, and one of us had the vegetable lo mein, which was had really good house-made noodles. Even the iced tea was excellent. There was a crowd, so we weren’t the only ones excited to try it. It’s a really good place, definitely worth a try if you like authentic Chinese food. And, more than likely, you’ll see something on the menu you haven’t tried before. I highly recommend it.

I dine in a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience I went back for to go today. The food is phenomenal, and the people there are always polite and welcoming. I ordered Guo Bao Pork, Hot Pot Lamb and Fire Wok Intestines. Portion is a little more than what my husband and I can consume so leftover for tomorrow! It’s definitely worth the price. I love this place.

We showed up on Christmas of all days and they were packed. We ordered a bunch of food and everything was great. Personally I ordered the Water Boiled Beed – Extra Spicy. It was really good. This is one of the dishes I’ve tried at a number of different restaurants and they nailed this dish. We will be back!

Food was great! We had the Moo Shu pork, house Singapore rice noodles and Kung pao shrimp. Shrimp was spicy but not overwhelming and everything had good flavor. Nice clean place and service was quick.
