We absolute LOVE coming to this bar and having Jess as our bartender! She’s knowledgeable, has quick and friendly service, and helps us find what we like/try things before we commit to a full glass. We had so much fun we had to Uber home the other night!

Was just there last night for a small meeting for our church. Everything was PHENOMENAL!!!
-Food: We got the most amazing wings I’ve ever had. WAY better than Buffalo Wild Wings with just as many options. We got the Thai peanut, medium Buffalo, sriracha bourbon, and parmesan garlic. They were all super good, flavorful, and just the right amount of crispy. And, since it was Wednesday, each wing was only $1!
-Drink: I’m not a big drinker, but I got the Wednesday special $4 cherry bomb. It was amazing!
-Service: We sat at a table and our waitress was EXTREMELY attentive and friendly. Could not have been any better. Made us feel really welcome.
-Atmosphere: It was quiet enough in the dining area to have our meeting with no problems. There were lots of TVs on with the Winter Olympics and basketball games. And tables had really cool inlaid designs. The clientele was also a really good mix of ages.
So yeah, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Laidback, great food and drinks, and exceptional service. Thank you guys for being great!

Very solid stop for lunch. Customer service is outstanding, prices very reasonable during a time where most places are taking advantage to spike cost. The food isn’t a culinary marvel but all of our dishes were tasty, solid, and yummy. Thanks for a good experience.

The dj was unbelievably rude and even started yelling in front of other guests. There was a small misunderstanding, and we tried to apologize and explain the situation — like normal people who use words to communicate! Instead, the DJ chose to get absolutely angry and shout at us publicly. This happened right after we had paid for all our drinks and were simply trying to have a good time celebrating our friend’s birthday. Absolutely terrible experience Just imagine what has to happen for the DJ to call you “low class.” P.S. we are really sorry for misunderstanding, Ryan. we thought that DJ was bar owner, cause he said “GET OUT FROM MY BAR”

I absolutely love coming here. Bartenders are always very welcoming and the owner takes time to stop by my table and say hello every single time. You don’t just have fun at this bar, you eat good and make great memories with friends. I will continue to comeback and spred the word….people should be coming here!

After many years of eating Tap Room, and a number of poor experiences, it is due time to update my review..
There have been countless times I go to place an online order, but they “forgot” to turn on the site not allowing online orders. Other times, the website crashes. If you call to place an order, they tell you you MUST place the order online, no over the phone options, yet their online system is terrible! We have pivoted to other restaurants for this very reason. Today when I called to inform them that the online service was not working, the employee was extremely rude and hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service.
There have been 2 times we ordered wings online – yet they prepared the wings under cooked with the sauce on the side… like what?!? Who wants a small jar of cold jelly and warm peanut butter to sauce their own wings?! Again, poor service.
Lastly, when placing an online order (when it works) you are REQUIRED to leave a tip. I tip generously with good service, but should not be expected to tip before receiving food.
We continued to return because we love their wings, but we are no longer going to come here. It is a disappointment to see another SM restaurant begin to fail.
Old review-
This restaurant had many wing sauces and dry rubs. They did have a variety of beers on tap – including a peanut butter one! IMO – it was a very heavy and thick beer. The wings were pretty good – we had 85% drums and 15% flats and flats are my favorite. That was the only negative. Outdoor seating allows dogs and there are many TVs and some games inside.

Absolutely awful experience. The staff was shockingly rude from the moment we walked in. No greeting, no smile — just attitude. When we politely asked a simple question about our order, the waiter rolled his eyes and walked away mid-conversation. Later, another employee snapped at us for asking for extra napkins, as if we were bothering them.
It’s honestly unbelievable how disrespectful they were to paying customers. The whole atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice dinner. I’ve worked in hospitality before — there’s no excuse for that kind of behavior.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its guests.

Came in for a bite and a beer and had a great time thanks to Ben! Service was fast, workers were friendly and welcoming. Got the burger and it was really good, fries were super tasty and enjoyed the variety of beers on tap. I would travel back to Milwaukee just to come here again. Thanks for the great time!
