First time visit for dinner, had a nice booth to enjoy dinner. Friendly waitress. My husband had some burritos special that had chorizo and chicken and it was really really good. I did a combination, great portions. Salsa was perfect chips a little thick. The guacamole was a little wet but it was still very good.

We went to the restaurant, around 1:30 pm, only customers, no wait. Service was average, the food was ok. The spinach dip still too watery, and this batch was salty, too.
Delivery:
We ordered delivery from El Cantarito. The steak in the
Grilled Steak Nachos were very dry. The dip was a bit watery, but it tasted okay overall.

Ordered cheese enchiladas and a side of black beans. Had it delivered by door dash. They promptly delivered. It was the worst Mexican meal I have ever had
Enchiladas were wrapped in tortillas that must have been left over from the day before. They were dry and curled up on the ends. There was virtually no enchilada sauce. The only good parts of the meal were the rice and the fresh avocado. The black beans were bland. We ate dinner on a weeknight. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. I had a taco salad and it was very good. I really enjoyed it. Everything tasted very fresh. Their chips and salsa were good. Chips were warm and crunchy and the salsa had some spice to it – I would say medium. My husband and I shared a very large margarita. The glass was salted. Service was great and friendly.

Restaurant is very cute and very clean. Sat at a table immediately. Service was not great, our youngest son’s order was forgotten, so he received his food over 10 minutes after after everyone else. Server charged our card for our meal and someone else’s. And management simply said oh he must have gotten mixed up. No solutions offered. Leaving us to work it out with the other party ourselves. Will not return. 2 stars is generous

The food was tasty but basic. Nothing to go home and brag about. Queso came out thick and cooled and hardened within the first couple bites. Salsa was good, but not the best I have had. Salad looked like they dumped a bag of shredded lettuc on it and added the shrimp. Shrimp was very tasty atleast. The service gave us our drinks and food as needed but could have been a little bit more friendly. A Smile, thankyou, have a nice day, how was your meal? Would have been nice. The atmosphere was beautiful. It overlooks the streets of Fuquay-Varina. Nice scenery for people watching. Inside was fresh and nicely decorated. The drink menu looked amazing. If your looking for a fun alcoholic beverage this would be the place. A plus for using biodegradable straws!

A newly renovated building for this great restaurant. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Good selection of appetizers and meals to choose from. We had carne asada that was so well seasoned and tender. And the quesa barrea with fantastic dipping sauce. We both agree the Mexican rice was great. They had a full bar and we had beer and a pomegranate margarita. Our entire meal was a 5. This is a great upscale place for a night out, date or meeting friends. It was busy but they did a great job getting people seated. Wait time to get our food was surprisingly quick with such a full house.

If you go during lunch times you might be able to order from a portion of the menu that’s more manageable for your budget.
