The Crooked Arrow Cafe was the first place we saw to eat in Seiling, Oklahoma. The parking was good, located on the south side of the cafe. It looked like a small town burger joint when we first went in. There is a big front patio with outdoor dining.
We came at a great time because the place was almost empty. We chose a booth. Later I saw a gorgeous extended dining room. This place is also wheelchair accessible and kid friendly with high chairs and a kids menu.
We ordered fried pickles for our appetizer then a mushroom burger and two cheeseburger baskets. I was upset with the fried pickles I tasted more crunchy breading then the thin pickle and they were extremely salty. We all dipped them in some heavy ranch dressing just to try and eat them. The burgers were all good, not too much seasoning. I should’ve opted for the grilled onions on mine.
We were finishing up while they was getting the lunch buffet ready. It looked great with different selections of food. I’m wanting to stop in again sometime to try other menu options.

Flip Out
We’ve driven by this cafe for years and we finally had the opportunity to try it out. Mrs. Flip Out had the grilled chicken wrap and it had good flavor. Little Flip Out had a hamburger and it was a large hamburger for a kids burger. I had a bowl of chili, because the waitress recommended it. It was a very meaty chili, and I enjoyed it. I also had the salad bar which was fresh and had a good variety of toppings that Mrs. Flip Out would have liked. I ordered the chicken fried steak with tater tots and it was good. Nice place to have lunch if you’re passing through Seiling.

We would of never seen this place to eat at if it wasn’t for Google maps. But we were so happy to find it. The food on the buffet was so good. Just like grandma use to make kinda food. We will sure remember this place when we come back around this area.

On are way out west and was looking for something that was not fast food when we found this place. From what we could tell it was a family own business that served up home cook meals. The food was great and will stop by if we come this way again.

Crooked arrow? More like crooked employee. Worst waitress in the history of waitresses who treated me as if we were enemies in middle school the second I walked through the door…why we beefing? Aside from the horribly rude waitress, the chicken quesadilla was quite fine. Quite delicious, actually. Everyone else in my party had issues with theirs, like ordering nachos that were supposed to come with a lot of toppings but actually came with cold cheese and chicken. Also, every other table had the last people’s dishes on it and it seemed as though no worker had the intention of cleaning off the dishes. Everything was very much odd. Was so fed up with this horrible service here but the fried pie and quesadilla made up for it! Ooh la la!

The ONLY positive is that I didn’t see a single fly during my visit. The waitress was a complete failure who acted like she regretted waking up this morning. The chili was bone cold, but I did get it re-heated after the sorry waitress begrudgingly took it back to the kitchen. Dirty tables all over the place.

This is a good roadside Cafe. The food isn’t anything fancy. Instead it is great basic homemade food. Our waiter was the fastest in the west. My son wasn’t finished with his drink more than two minutes, time for her to walk by to a near table to take their order saying hi; then back by to refill his drink.
Over the top service.

The food was really weird but I guess the stargazy pie was good.
Jessie was a great employee during my visit to Crooked Arrow Cafe.

Last went here 2 years ago when I worked at Gore Nitrogen and it was amazing. Went today and the food is just as good as I remember, compliments to the chefs; the chicken fried chicken was real tender and better than most I’ve had at a few roadhouse restaurants. Mashed potatoes were nice, soft, sweet. The service on the other hand needs improvement. The waitress talked in a condescending way to other customers, never smiled, never gave a refill or checked on me or even said a single word besides when it was to ask me about what kind of vehicle I drove.
