This happened on December 31, 2025, around 10:30–10:40 AM, inside the store (not drive-thru). I don’t remember the cashier’s name, but I’m including the date/time so management can identify the interaction.
I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with almondmilk, add 3 pumps sugar-free vanilla, and no liquid cane sugar / no classic. I’ve ordered this exact drink at this location recently without issue.
The cashier repeatedly told me the sugar-free vanilla “has syrup in it,” and the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. Rather than clarifying what was possible or suggesting an alternative, the tone came across as dismissive and condescending, including repeatedly saying she “couldn’t hear me” in a demanding way.
Because of how the interaction was handled, I ended up ordering a different drink than I wanted and have received before.
I’m leaving this review because I’d appreciate more respectful communication and basic help confirming what can be made. If there’s a specific way you prefer customers order this drink, I’d appreciate that guidance as well.

Why would Starbucks offer free coffee on Veterans day and their spouse and not honor it. Asked for 2 coffees and the lady said its only good for one.

Most efficient drive-thru service I’ve ever had. The woman who was on the intercom was clear. There was no confusion, she spoke calmly and got our semi-complicated order entirely correct and made it look easy. There was no need to shout for the intercom and we didn’t need to repeat our order at all.
She definitely stuck out and made our day better with how smooth the service was. There are a lot of people who are bad on the intercom. She was GOOD.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever we were in line and my son wanted a chocolate croissant. They told me they didn’t have any chocolate croissants, but the girl that was in line behind me who apparently is a regular they already took the last croissant that they had and gave it to her, even though I was in a line ahead of her and my six-year-old son really wanted it!! absolutely disrespectful and disgraceful, and they are completely rude and do not have any respect for people.

Great location (next to Chiplote) and plenty of parking. This location is reasonably full with regular in & out customers. Great seating outside.

Hey there! I wanted to tell you that I recently placed an order for a drink, however, due to an error in the app, I requested it at the wrong location that was actually further from where I was. Despite this, the staff at this branch was extremely kind in preparing my drink at their location and without charging me any additional costs for my mistake. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provided. I will definitely continue to visit this place!
