Wings was really delicious. The pizza not so much. Did not have extra cheese and crust did not taste good and looked undercooked. Also it was really thin but was not thin crust. At least I do t think it was because it was not crunchy. Definitely was not the normal crust for sure. Also requested the pepperoni have extra cheese over the top so pepperonis do not get crispy. Because I don’t like them crispy even though alot of people do. The guy was very friendly and helpful. I did call back the service center to make adjustments to my order when I did the guy added everything on for me. Said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes I asked what my new total was. He said hold on put me back on hold and never came back to the phone so had to add on at the restaurant and wait even longer for my order. Definitely was not one of my best visits. The service at the store is always really good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place just this visit was not to par. I would have given 2 stars if the wings would not have been so good and people at the store was super friendly.

Pizza was terrible, no sauce, no flavor.
Cost almost $60 for two medium pizzas and a cookie thing, delivered.
The cookie thing wasn’t even cut. (But it was yummy. Hence the 2 stars.)
We’re staying at a hotel (we’re from out of town) and so we asked for plates and napkins, got none.
Also they use door dash for delivery just so you know.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to add marinara cups to my order and never got ahold of anyone. I spent $50 on food and apparently cheese sticks no longer come with any sauce. It would’ve been nice to be able to contact someone.

As much as I hate to I have to get this place one star.
I can’t really comment on the food since I never received any.
I went there this past Saturday, the place was only occupied by myself and a couple employees. .
I stood at the counter for over 15 mins. With an employee less than 15 feet from me.
I received no Hi, welcome pizza hut.
I wasn’t even acknowledged.
I’m a very patient person, so after 15 mins. Of nothing I left. It’s unfortunate for them it was well over a $200.00 order.
Little Caesars was happy and willing to take my money.
So I would have to say for Pizza Hut their customer service is out the window.

This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve been to. I had got two pizzas and it barely had any sauce on it. It’s nothing worse than a dry pizza. They was stingy with the toppings. Usually the crust has some kind of flavor, but it was awful. They must have workers that don’t care about the quality of the food.Pizza Hut is usually my favorite pizza place. I will be using the other Pizza Hut up by the mall area for now on.
