Very disappointed! No, not with the food or service. My wife and three of my kids went without me and my other child. I would’ve loved some Freddy’s! I love the patty melt. The curds are excellent, too! Don’t even get me started on the shakes, because I don’t know that there’s any better fast food shakes in Clarksville. If you go there and don’t have your whole family present, make sure you think of them, too. They’ll appreciate you later.

Freddy’s truly delivers an exceptional dining experience! The nostalgic diner-style interior sets the perfect mood, and the menu is far beyond what I expected—packed with incredible sides and shakes that will definitely have me coming back for more. Everything from the cleanliness of the restrooms to the overall atmosphere made for a fantastic visit.
If you’re stopping by, do yourself a favor and try the Prime Rib Steak Burger—it’s a must! And don’t skip the premium sides—the chili cheese fries were top-notch. You can tell this place is run by people who genuinely know and love great food. If I had a Freddy’s this close to a Publix, resisting a Turtle Concrete before a grocery run would be nearly impossible! Highly recommend!

I dropped off a family member at the Nashville International Airport and was getting hungry on my drive back home. I decided to stop in Clarkesville, TN. so I pulled off at the MLK Blvd exit. Not far off
the exit I spotted a Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Restaurant. There was plenty of parking and being by myself the area looked very safe. (I am very careful about my surroundings when I travel alone) Now I have NEVER eaten at a Freddy’s before so I really did not know what to expect. Joyce was my cashier when I arrived you’ll see her picture and what a beautiful welcoming smile she has!
I did not want a large meal since I still had a bit of a drive ahead of me so I opted for the kids meal. Burger with cheese-lettuce-tomato-onion-pickle and ketchup, kid fries and small drink $5.39! It was a great deal and MORE than enough food for me. Now here is the best part-when I bit into the burger the items that were supposed to be hot were HOT and the food items that was supposed to be cold were COLD – lettuce was cool and crispy, you can see in the picture the pickle was big – tomato firm not mushy -It was the PERFECT burger!!!! I had more fries that I could eat. This restaurant was clean and professional run. The open kitchen concept just showed how efficiently the staff was running it. If you are in the area you need to stop by this restaurant-it is truly amazing! Thank you Freddy’s Staff for a really great lunch!

Food allergy – No Problem
When I came in, the front counter person had to step away for a moment to help another customer. Melissa was sweeping the dining room and immediately stopped to come take my order. Smile on her face the entire time.
Thanks to Freddy’s Corporate, I already knew what items I had to stay away from because of my allergy.
Melissa took care of everything and the word “Allergy” didn’t turn into a big deal. I felt perfectly safe eating here and nobody else in the restaurant had any idea (normally a big explanation is required elsewhere).
While eating I noticed Darnell (Manager) catch that a food order was for an elderly woman with a cane and her granddaughter. He didn’t skip a beat and immediately walked it to their table rather than making them come to pick it up.
Throughout my meal, I continued to notice Darnell working with his team. On the food line, calling food orders, in the dish pit, and cleaning the dining room. It was nice to see a manager working with his team and leading by example rather than dictating to everyone else.
Such a good experience that I went back for custard after my meal. Natalie took my order, and again all smiles. She even managed to upsell me to a larger sundae.
Throughout my meal, I never noticed a crew member that seemed to be having a bad day. They were all talking, personally and professionally. Laughing with each other and smiling the entire time. All the while, they were calling order information, and working together on the line as well. This location has a great team and obvious exceptional quality management to make this such a great work environment.
Take a moment to give these guys some props if you see the same thing I did!

They had a promo on their sign that said if I sign up for the app I get a free burger. I get to the window and I’m told that promo takes 24 hours after you download the app to be applied to your account. I go back 72 hours later and they still don’t see the promo on my app that I downloaded. I deleted the app. I don’t eat there anyway because Culver’s has better food. Don’t lie to me then give me a subpar burger. That’s disrespectful.

Pulled up late afternoon (didn’t realize their closing time was in like fifteen minutes) and whole time I’m ordering a male teenager is just yelling and cussing in the background and banging on the counter (apparently a family of five was too much food to order). They clearly knew I could hear this and eventually I asked what was going on and the girl just kept apologizing. I just drove off. Called the store and manager supposedly answered- not much he could say. Asked for my address and phone number but I never heard back from them on this matter.

i like freddy’s food… service not up to par. order a oreo concreate only get chocolate ice cream, order lemonade only to get dr pepper, try to use the restroom door doesn’t lock. all things that can be prevented to make a stop much more enjoyable but instead ruins a place’s reputation.
