Great dining experience. The restaurant was bright, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. The restrooms were VERY clean, well stocked and required a combination lock code to gain access. The food was delicious from beginning to end.

Staff is friendly except the reallyyy tall women at the register. I was told if I leave and have to come back for a sauce that I didn’t get with my order then I have to pay extra. I was also told I can’t have a water cup unless I buy something. Never had that experience at any other chipotle. Seems like management is making their own rules at this establishment.

For reference, I am now 27 years old and have been enjoying Chipotle since I was 7 years old….. In the NOVA area, this is by far the best Chipotle when it comes to serving size and the lines not being crazy packed with customers! Yes, the restaurant location is new so there are many newbies that could use training but the store is clean, you get good portions, what else could you want ?

Rey and his team made my day! I ordered online and ended up ordering to the wrong Chipotle. Aargh! They could have sent me away to the other location, but Rey took pity on me and made my order and gave it to me at no charge. Such a kind thing to do! And the food was delicious! I’ve visited this Chipotle location a few times, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. The staff often seems to struggle with understanding English, which makes ordering a bit frustrating. On top of that, the portion sizes are consistently small compared to other locations , the guac is almost never fully smashed, ill find big chunks of avocados definitely not worth the price. I’ve also noticed they almost *never* have limes available, even when I ask. I hope management can address these issues to improve the customer experience.

I’ve visited this location three times, and unfortunately, two out of those three experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, I arrived just after 10:00 AM and found the door locked. I waited around for about five minutes, but no one came to let me in, so I ended up going elsewhere for lunch. Another time, I was the only person at the register and stood there for 5–6 minutes while five staff members were nearby—yet no one acknowledged me. Overall, the staff seems to need more training. Service is slow, and there’s a noticeable lack of coordination and attentiveness.
