First I’ll say customer service was a big thumbs down, I had ordered online I went to the counter to pick it up, the worker greeted me with a hi I told him I had a pick up, he grabbed my bag put it on the counter and just walked away didn’t ask if I needed anything else, no have a good night, nothing I even said thank you and still nothing lol now let’s talk about the food, I got the 4 meat combo because I wanted to try everything they offer, I also got rice pilaf and potato salad, the tri tip was gross and it didn’t look like actual meat it looked nothing like the pics when I ordered, the ribs were hard they actually broke the plastic fork they gave me kind of like they were old, the pulled pork was decent but there was probably 3 bites on the plate, the rice pilaf had absolutely no flavor it was literally plain white rice, my bread was burnt, and I basically only ate the sausage and potato salad which were decent definitely don’t recommend at all.

Hot wings are they kind that you can look at and salivate….very good….should def have a wing/fry special or combo. Last star is because there is 1 chick that does cashier and seemed bothered/agitated with assisting me in check out. Thought it was just me until my friend came back and said the same thing when she tried to order (1st timers). If ur a new establishment people will have questions…..besides her, everything else was delightful.

This place was not good. Ordered pulled pork and tritip with macaroni salad a day potato salad. The pulled pork had no flavor. It was bland. The tritip was decent but also a little bland. The macaroni salad was inedible it was disgusting. I ordered from door dash. Never again!

I got one of the barbeque plates. The food was good for the most part, however, the potato and macaroni salads I had for the sides were extremely bland. If you get the barbeque I would suggest one of their other sides.

10/10 hands down ive work at the mall for while now and there food is the best food you can order there. the price is not bad at all especially with the size of the meal it’s a steal deal but aye dnt take my word for it come to the hanford mall and try there pull pork sandwich you will NOT regret it!!!
