My wife and I stopped in today Feb.5th, the food was great; as always. I got the Massaman Curry with Chicken and she had the Pad Thai with Chicken, perfect! Oh I’d highly recommend the Fried Banana too!!

Visiting for the annual Lobster Festival & decided to try Roselyn’s to break up all the seafood meals. We were pretty much seated right away, the ladies there are all very personable & provided great service. The interior is small yet spacious with charming decor.
The steamed Gyoza were hot, fresh & tasty. The dipping sauce was a bit sweeter than what we were accustomed to but delicious & paired well with the filling. The Red Curry with Chicken and the Bangkok Chicken were probably some of the best dishes we’ve ever had anywhere, super fresh and gently cooked.
My only complaint with the restaurant is that they ask you “white or brown rice” with your entree, no one mentions that the rice is an additional $2.50 each. I myself only had maybe 1/4 cup of my order of rice and definitely wouldn’t have ordered my own.
That aside, the food itself is wonderful & next time we visit, wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another meal.

My daughter and I eat here frequently. One of our usuals is the Chicken Finger appetizer. Never greasy, delicately battered, and always cooked to perfection. The Chicken Pad Thai is a favorite, but everything that we have had, to date, has been delicious. The environment is always very clean and inviting. The staff always welcoming and on point! Unfortunately, I can only attach the pictures of Thai and Boba teas because once our food arrived we were too busy eating to take any more pictures! I hope you find the attached menu helpful.

Excellent Thai food. Some of the best I’ve had, out of at least a hundred places I’ve tried. The flavors are masterfully combined, not just thrown together, and the level of spice was perfect. I prefer spice as a flavor enhancer, not as a challenge, and they nailed it. The gyoza was great, too, and the mango bubble tea had a delicate flavor and was clearly made here. I’ll be back again.
PS they say they close 3-4pm, but people were coming in after I finished at 3. I suspect the staff’s too nice to turn customers away.

Fantastic takeout tonight! Really excellent quality and flavor. Spicy basil fried rice and shrimp pad Thai.
Update: 6/6/25 the food is still phenomenal! My new favorite is the rosalyn chicken, be sure to order a side of rice. Because the sauce is fantastic! Just the right amount of heat, the perfect little kick. And the steamed vegetables that come with that pile of chicken are perfectly crisp. There’s a reason it’s in the chef recommended section. I can’t get enough of it! It also goes really well with the pineapple fried rice. Little sweet, little heat. I just can’t recommend this place enough. And the staff is absolutely wonderful! Our family recommends this local gem above all.

A little gem in Rockland, Roselyn is currently only open for takeout. However, the owner was kind enough to allow us to eat outside at the few tables set up. In the 10-15 minutes we waited for our food, there were at least 4 or 5 people picking up their orders and ordering so grateful that the local community is supporting this restaurant. Food came out quick and hot. They also had a little bubble tea selection which was simple but effective. Wonderful place!

Very good Thai place in Rockland. We got the Shiitake Blossom and the Rainbow Tofu, along with scallion pancakes to start. We liked all our food, especially the scallion pancakes. Highly recommend.

Roselyn Thai is a must every time we are up in Rockland. Their food is SO delicious! I love their Pad Thai. Their Thai Rolls are also excellent. Highly recommend. Never disappointed when we get take out from here. You won’t regret stopping by!
