This location gives the worst portions out of any chipotle I’ve ever been to, this is happened on several occasions now. Food itself is pretty hit or miss. If you’re gonna order something like the Carne Asada and they can’t even give you 2 scoops of rice literally just walk out on them. These people portion your food like it’s coming out of their paycheck.

As others have mentioned, this location is really lacking in food quality and service. HOWEVER there is one female worker who deserves recognition. On my recent visit 1/14/26, she was working hard hustling and serving customers while all the other staff stood around, chatted to each other, and some even seemed to nag at her. The serving line was missing several items and the numerous staff members were in no hurry to replace the items, and in NO hurry to help her with the line. I noticed two other females just watching her and chatting! A man was taking his sweet time cutting the chicken and almost seemed to go slow on purpose. The staff does not work as a team. I stood in line for 20 mins and it was very apparent, I wished I could help her myself. Nevertheless she still greeted customers with a smile and great service. I told her she was doing a great job despite the circumstances. I hope she sees this and goes elsewhere where her hard work will be appreciated.

Usually when I come with my partner to this location the service is quick and satisfactory. I noticed a different employee working in the back, she was making sour faces to fellow employees calling out what they were needed and short on, she also checked the tins and knew that customers wanted steak (employees also called this out previously a few times), i saw 6 guests leave, meanwhile we saw her leave chicken on the grill doing nothing else but checking the containers, doing nothing about them being empty, and walking around “doing something” when she finally turned over the chicken it was burnt, right before we left she cleaned the other side of the grill that was open this whole time and finally put the steak down. I will not be returning, they should move her to a different position or have her go through training again, I’d provide her name but I didn’t see any nametags… she has glasses, and curly hair, I also wish the managers wore more telling uniforms but oh well.

I don’t know who is running this operation, but it is seriously lacking. Went to grab some food on my way to work, stood in line for 10-15 minutes without the line moving at all. As stated in another review, quite a few of the workers (including what appeared to be the manager) were just standing around chatting with each other. After standing in line for the 10-15 minutes, someone (not the manager) finally announced that they were basically out of everything and it would be another 15 minutes before they had any chicken or steak available and the only thing they had was barbacoa. Not sure how you run out of all of your popular items right as the dinner rush starts? Just got the overall feeling no one working there really gave a damn about the food, customer service, or professionalism.

Put in an online order. Got to the store 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready but there’s no order in the pickup area. I wait another 5 minutes, still no food. I ask the cashier, who looks for 5 seconds then just ignores me and starts helping other people. Another 5 minutes go by, I show the confirmation email saying my order is now almost 20 minutes overdue. She suddenly finds my order in the exact place she looked before when she told me they didn’t have it. The food is now luke warm from sitting. No apologies for the delay, for not putting the food in the right place, nothing. These people don’t give a damn if your food is right or not. Do not order here.

This is a consistently bad chipotle. The rice is often crunchy and they are frequently out of items hours before closing time. You will often go in and be ignored by the staff. 3 people will be standing around doing nothing, one will be making a customers food and the other is getting door dash orders. Personally I am excited for the chipotle down the street to open. Frankly it can’t be worse than this location. The managers should all be ashamed.

Ordered through the app for pick up and one orders was fine but the other (burrito bowl) was missing 90% of its toppings only rice and beans. Luckily we were able to get a refund and the other dish was good but I would definitely check your orders if you choose to order from this location.

I was incredibly excited to go through the drive thru to pick up my order, until I received an incorrect order. I was SO sad. I drove home and opened it and couldn’t believe my bowl looked as it did. I tried to call and was directed to email or wait for an email and still nothing. I rated with a request for someone to call and still nothing. I’m going to avoid this location at all cost and possibly even Chipotle as a whole, given there was no concern from the company at all.
