Very very poor service, accountability and food prep. My wife ordered mobile food to our home to feed our family and my dish had a napkin at the very bottom of it. Took it back to the restaurant and the “manager” was very unhelpful. Basically the entire staff could care less that they prepared a customer’s order with a napkin in it. Just out right disgusting!!! I would highly recommend placing any orders here.

I just wanted to buy some food after a long day, and when I went to order, the person working was cleaning the counter and just complaining because he had to put the food back on the counter. He looked at me like I was asking for free food or something. The manager was there and didn’t even bother to provide good service… If they don’t want to serve food after 10 PM, they should be honest about it or just quit. They’re not the only ones who work late, and it’s not fair to treat customers like that.

Man I have not been to chipotle since the quality went down after the pandemic, and I wish I never went, flavorless, small burrito, almost no chicken. The chips were STALE! They call the cheese for the chips and salsa normal size, it was like a sample size! They should call it the sample size lol. Ridiculous, all this for a whopping $18. Should have went next door and got a steak, salad and a potatoe for $12. Avoid it at all cost! Oh and I asked them to cut the burrito in half and the girl making the burrito was like no we dont do that. Avoid at all costs. Find a cabo bobs instead!

I’m not sure who they’re having handle the mobile/delivery orders at the station where the drive thru is, but my order lately has been super sloppy and not great. It seems like they can’t properly wrap a burrito.. which I don’t even get that much stuff added inside in the first place so I don’t see how it’s hard ♀️ I could ignore it, if my burritos haven’t had all the stuff inside just coming out of it. And the fact they don’t even add napkins anymore, or a fork for when I order my husband’s order which is a bowl for him, it’s kind of really annoying. Especially with the way they’ve been making my order the past few times. I remember everything was made great and you got forks and napkins with your orders.

During my recent visit with my husband,
an employee, Mario dropped chicken on the counter and then placed it back into our bowl instead of discarding it. This made us uncomfortable. I hope more attention can be given to proper food handling and cleanliness. Not going back here!

We never get small burritos like this when we are in store. But every time we order on the app There’s always some kind of problem. Our burritos are always the same size. And this time 1 of them is really small with Very very little protein and just Rice.

So this is my second time ordering from here. The first time it was ok. This time, it was comical. I ordered a kids meal the quesadillas with beans and rice, and you can get chips or fruit and it comes with a drink. I ordered online to pick up at the window. I get there and the young man gives me my bag and walks off. I’m waiting for my drink, because where it is? He comes back I said, it comes with a drink . He said does it? Yes it does. He said let me see your bag. I give it to him he looks at the receipt on the side of the bag(which it doesn’t say) he gives it back. I said ok the drink, you should know what it comes with. He said does it say it on the menu. I said yes. He said let me see. Yes I kid you not. I pull out my phone show him the menu online he gives it back and gets drink. I get home the chips were missing but hey I refuse to go back. But lo and behold I grab the box out the bag and it literally says, on it “ Kids quesadillas with kids chip, kids cup (which is the drink) , white rice and black beans. Sir, you put the food together yet you did not read everything on the box itself. Sigh, I digress.

I came twice to test this theory but Sugarland serves more. This location is the worst, stop cheating out people from their meats! Literally had to ask them to give proper scoops WTH.

Whatever the crew did tonight, don’t change it! Best food I’ve had from there ever and actually best from any chipotle location. Fresh, sooo flavorful. Perfect order. I am ecstatic which is silly but my day was awful and this perfect food was exactly what I needed. Cilantro lime rice is so good! It’s easy to let dry out but this was a perfect. Made my bad bad bad day a little better and yes I ate in bed at my hotel
