I was charge double and some dude we’re not freaking speak up and they gave us no napkins bad customer service. My pizza is still doughy. What else let’s see. Yes it’s just not even cooked all the way through. They didn’t cut the pizza. Horrible. Don’t go there ever. I’m honestly very disappointed and annoyed with the service.

I ordered thin crust pizzas and a Philly cheesesteak with just meat and cheese for my son. The cheesesteak came burnt with a single slice of meat and cheese. I called to get my money back just for the cheesesteak since I live 20 min away. The kid answering the phone told me that my sandwich was burned because it did not have any peppers or onions on it. How does that even make sense? They have a “quality check” that apparently doesn’t happen. He then said he can give me a credit but can’t reimburse my card for just the cheesesteak. Awful customer service and the pizza wasn’t even that good either!

My order was placed online. After you place your online order, you will be really delighted with the online prices and delivery tracking process! When my order left the store, I received a text message. When the driver arrived outside my house, I received an additional text message. I was really happy with the habanero wings I purchased! The wings were delectably tasty! My meal was enhanced by the addition of extra ranch on the side. Excellent food! Excellent customer service! I will most certainly order from this location again!

Takes well over an hour for delivery even if it says 19-34 minutes. Staff not helpful, just says that if I want a quick pizza I should come pick it up myself. State that they have never heard of 19-34 minute delivery even when I provide email confirmation.

I ordered here a lot but when I called for the first time regarding a soggy thin crust pizza with no sauce the manager could care less saying I had passed the 6 hour same day complaint period and said “the managers” decided they would not honor a complaint called in the next day. I should have called right away instead of enjoying a Friday night dinner with my family.
There are plenty of other -better- pizza shops like Papa Johns and Pizza Hut and Pizza Amore right down the street.
Thanks Dominos. You have lost my business from now on. So Sad. Over a $5 medium pizza you screwed up and refused to care. Poor service.
