They are quick to get my food done for my order but they then messed up my sandwich after I asked no egg and when I wanted to add something onto my order, they told me to drive around cause of a timer. Basically refusing to put it on order.

Today, Tuesday, May 27th at 3:45pm, I ordered in the drive thru a dunkin refresher, which should’ve been $3.19, but upon paying at the window, I am handed a completely different drink, charged a total of $6.38. I handed back the latte and informed him that I had ordered a strawberry dragon refresher. The guy at the window makes my drink “on the house.” I go back three hours later with the hopes of getting a refund, but the shift lead manager tells me that without a receipt, or the drink that was made on the house, I can not get a refund (understandable). The original guy never handed me a receipt, and I have the charge on my debit card. Due to these tragic events, I shall respectfully never order from this location again.

The worker who made my food had a very bad attitude. She barely put bacon on the two avocado toasts I ordered. When her manager brought it to her and told her to use the spoon for proper measurement, she proceeded to use their finger to add almost no more bacon. Businesses need to provide the product(s) they advertise properly and give customers the quality in which they paid for. I’m thoroughly disgusted. And it’s always this same Dunkin Donuts!

The physical location is just the worst for drive through as it’s a small location and the line goes into the street during peak hours HOWEVER out of all the local Dunks this particular crew makes my coffee the absolute best and are always friendly and expedient so it’s worth it. I don’t take a very fancy coffee so it’s easy to tell when the coffee is just plain brewed better from the very start as this location does.

Honestly shocked at how rude staff is when they are the ones constantly messing up orders/ missing items. It takes no effort to be kind, and this dunkins seems to run on bad attitudes and stinginess with filling up their coffee all the way

I’ve lived on the area for almost 3 years now. Hands down the best dunks in the city. I drive across the entire city to come to this dunks daily’s. There are 3 within walking distance of my house. Yet I drive across town to go here instead. The coffee is always amazing and exactly how it should be.

Just went through the drive through with a coworker of mine, and young lady and man answered at the same time, no issue with that but when it came to repeating our orders they won’t patient enough to read it back. Was told with an attitude to pull up at the window in which we did. Their was a short lady whom presumably look “Hispanic “ with black hair and in a red shirt that was extremely rude and yelling at us while we were trying to make sure our Oder was right due to the negative energy we received.

Waited in the drive-through for over 17 minutes to get to the front to pay for my food to have the girl that works to drive to Nem Juliana take my money a $50 bill go to the bank and then come back and say they don’t have change and because they don’t have change that I need to go somewhere else and come back to pay in order to get my order
