The staff was very patient and friendly! Being a family of 7 it is hard sometimes to get great service. Their patience and understanding of what we needed was appreciated! My server was amazing at the drive-through. She was so helpful so patient. I asked a lot of questions and she really helped me decide what I wanted to get. I ended up getting the peanut Paradise. I just left the drive-through on 12 325 around four P.M. she’s great.

I always have nothing but issues with this place. They have the best smoothies, the best food, but the people working for them always mess up. Today’s incident: I went there for a flatbread and a free smoothie for fan fest week. I had her scan my code for free smoothie for fan fest. She asked me if I wanted to use my points. I said, you shouldn’t have to touch my points because it’s a reward for all members for fan fest. Has nothing to do with points. So I continue to pay and leave and 2 hours later, check my app, and what do I see? She used my fricken points. 1200 points to get that free smoothie when I specifically told her NOT to. So be careful when it comes to paying/using the app, etc. not ok. In my eyes, that is stealing from me. And of fricken course, the one time I don’t ask for my receipt and pay cash. So I call and of course, they can’t do anything. Very annoyed.

Such a great place to get smoothies from! Everything is made to order and it’s so good! I mostly do drive thru, but the few times I’ve been inside, it’s been cozy. Everyone is so friendly! Definitely worth going to!
