I ordered take out and it was during the lunch rush. I had three different people say hello and apologize for the delay in getting to my order.
It made all the difference in the world in terms of their service. There was only one person available for the take out line and the drive through. So another employee stepped up and had the manager come to make sure she could expedite the take out line.
All of this happened before I got to experience the goodness of my pizza!! LaRosa’s is a must have staple when you visit Cincinnati. It’s the best. From their veggie to their meat topper traditional thin pan tossed crust, they all are excellent.
This time I opted for a large thin crust meat topper with extra sauce, extra cheese, and the garlic butter crust! Best pizza ever. The sauce is what makes the pizza!!!

Changing my review to a 5 star, they really do have great food and fast delivery. I gave them a hard time in the beginning but they didn’t flinch and proved me wrong with great tasty food!!! Definitely a place to eat!!!!

Well they give out coupons like it’s going out of season, but then they just jacked up their delivery minimum, negating their coupons. I guess their corporate greed has finally caught up. If I do order from here again good news delivery drivers your tip went from 25% to 15%, I hope you didn’t need that money to support your family, larosa’s decided they want the money more.

The grilled chicken entrée salad was good. My husband loved his foccacia Florentino pizza. The restaurant wasn’t as cold this time. I wore a sweater over a turtleneck and laid my jacket across my lap and I was fine. It took too long to pay the check.

I had ordered a couple of pizzas 2 weeks ago and the order was goofed up. I called and they made it right by giving me a credit. Just got home with a fresh order and it was one of the best pizzas ever. Definitely did everything right. Looking forward to placing my next order.

I’ve been going to this LaRosa’s since it was in the tiny white building on Cheviot. Their food has been consistently tasty, and the service is solid. We recently used the party room for a post-funeral gathering. The staff was very accommodating, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Great newer location service is pretty good kitchen seem to be backed up at times. Nice dividers on the booths gives you more of a quaint and individualized special dining experience I highly recommend you stop by this location and check it out

I got the Meat Ravioli dinner. I got the 2 slices of garlic bread with provolone for an upcharge of $1.00 instead of the 2 breadsticks. Then instead of the salad I got the Onion Soup and of course that was an upcharge of .70 cents even though I didn’t get the provolone. Then I was treated to 4 yes I said 4 meat ravioli. I got 2x the sauce because the last time I got it there wasn’t enough sauce. It’s not the food, we all love Larosas but anymore it seems like profit over people. I would be embarrassed to serve this and charge this.

We got take out, so service was the front desk which was friendly and quick. Ordering was easy and food was delicious 🙂 We always go to LaRosa’s when we are in town! We had steak hogies, pasta, pizza, and a calzone. I love that everyone can get their favorites 🙂

Ordered take out calzone got green peppers, pepperoni and sausage ! Like 2 pieces of sausage in the whole thing! This happens often!!
