I had such an amazing experience at CAVA, all thanks to Guisela! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. Her customer service is truly outstanding. She took her time, made sure my order was perfect, and had such a positive attitude the entire time.
You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the customers. The restaurant was very clean and organized, which made the experience even better. And the food? Absolutely fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly!

CAVA is ideal for hosting groups. I like their website. It is very convenient and user friendly. I usually pick the pre fixed combo from the menu and it works well. Last time I chose to make my own. The user friendly website made us so easy to pick exactly what you like within limits of offering. For the first time I received my order slightly mixed up. I asked for dressing on the side and it came dressed-in. I ordered it with pita which never arrived. The food was still good. I’m not sure if I shouldn’t just stick to the preset combinations.

I was at Cava today and was really impressed with the service and speed. Despite the intense heat outside, the place had an excellent and comfortable temperature. The staff were very friendly and neat, especially an employee named Jovany, who recommended a delicious and well-composed custom bowl that I haven’t had in a long time. Easily one of my favorite fast casual places of all time. I will eat cava as often as I can. Their food is delicious and fresh and so well flavored – but nothing is overwhelming neither would it oppose a picky eater.
I’ve eaten almost everything on the menu and in different combinations and my favorite is consistently the braised lamb (worth paying extra for it) and the pita. All condiments are delicious – I think the kalamata olives go well with everything and the lemon herb tahini dressing is my favorite.
I would recommend this place to anyone! And mobile order pickup always works perfectly.

Food tasted fine. Forgot the hummus I asked for online, didn’t give double crisps like I asked for either. They also put a sad amount of steak in my bowl too. Please do better with your portions and listening for what I ordered online.
