Great service! Free WiFi (password on receipt)… the crispy chicken salad is delicious (especially with extra chicken strips that your kids don’t finish haha). Food came out quickly and it was clean… great stop along our trip!

I was visiting my Mom, I’m from Florida and I only got the fish sandwich and let me say this that sandwich was FRESH and HOT, DELICIOUS. If I could get a sandwich like that here in Florida from DQ I would every day. I look forward to stopping in again when I come back to visit my Momma!!

Outstanding service and food was amazing. The cook was amazing and did above and more. The cashier was sweet, she kept the restaurant cleaned, stocked, and presentable the entire time. This is the cleanest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. As well as the staff being on point. They deserve recognition and recognition for going above and beyond.

I’ve been back in VA for a yr from Texas and have always ordered an off menu item called a “Vanilla Coke.” It’s three-four pumps of vanilla syrup that goes in a regular Coke. I usually order one a week from this location and only have problems when a manager named Christine is working. The last time I had an encounter with her, she threw a fit in the drive thru at me about it but relented and said that she had no way to ring me up for the Coke so she had to charge me for sauce. Ok, that’s fine, I just wanted my Coke. I go through drive thru today, to order my Vanilla Coke and she starts accosting me in the drive thru about how “we’re not a Texas store and I need to go somewhere else if I want one.” Really? After you made me one the last time, now I can’t get it here anymore? I called the DQ in Mechanicsville and the manager there told me that they make them -all- of the time and that she was going to send me her District Manager’s phone number since I have her on video being rude.

Not to friendly, I ordered a Banana Split and got more pineapple juice than ice cream, my daughter ordered a dunked cone with sprinkles and the counter person was rude. Probably will not go there again for Ice Cream.
