I ordered Food for takeout like I always do from them tonight. Boneless chicken and garlic sauce with French fries and extra garlic sauce. Got home and the chicken didn’t have no garlic sauce on it. I called and let them know. They told me I could bring the old food back and they would have new food waiting for me being that I lived Over 20 minutes away. I went to do the exchange and the guy at the desk told me he was going to reheat my food and add sauce because the sauce “Just fell to the bottom because of how hot it was.” I have ordered from Hing wah for years in all types of weather and have picked my food up before it was ready and never have I experienced the sauce falling off my chicken and just soaking into my fries because it was “too hot.” There was absolutely no sauce on my chicken. The top layer, middle and bottom layer of the chicken was dryer than the fried chicken itself. Mind you I asked for EXTRA SAUCE! On the chicken and the fries and one whole side of my fries also had no chicken. This was a huge blunder and ultimately I’ll be going to bed hungry and disappointed. This marks the end of my reign with them. To have been told to pick up refreshed food and for them to then try to just reheat old food and add sauce to it, to fix their mistake in my face is disrespectful and plain disgusting as if the food wasn’t made and sitting for over an hour at that point. NEVER AGAIN!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with Hing Wah. I placed a delivery order at 7:00 PM and I live right around the corner, so there is absolutely no reason this should have taken so long. I waited over an hour, expecting my food to arrive around 8:10 PM. While I understand there was a storm and delays can happen, this situation was completely unacceptable. After waiting an hour with no food and no call, I finally called the restaurant to ask what was taking so long—only to be told that they weren’t accepting my order because I was paying with cash. Since when does Hing Wah not accept cash??? Why even ask cash or card when placing the order if you’re not accepting cash? What really makes this worse is that no one bothered to call me back to let me know there was an issue. Instead, I’m left waiting, starving, thinking my food is on the way, only to find out an hour later that my order was never coming. That is 100% on the restaurant. This was extremely unprofessional, poorly handled, and frustrating. Now I have to order from somewhere else because of their mistake and lack of communication. I will never order from here again.

DON’T EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! THEY Use DOOR DASH and door dash always makes mistakes. Got someone else’s order and they had to remake it and have a new DoorDash driver deliver it. Over 2 hours later and the new driver shows up and says they have to get another 35 in cash. So again had to call and wait another 10 minutes before I get my food. NEVER again. And the food is terrible too

I’m giving a three star because the chicken have no seasoning. It tastes bland. It’s fried crispy but I don’t know why they don’t season their chicken anymore. The chicken wings use to be good. The rice doesn’t taste the same neither. Please start seasoning your chicken wings.

Everything is decent in my opinion defintely not the best chinese food I ever have had but defintely not the worst either. I think as with alot if places there are some things they do really well and some things which are questionable. Their tofu is amazing. Their lo mien sucks pretty bad. As does Their boneless spare ribs. Fried rice is okay. I mean Their prices aren’t too cheap either they’ve risen alot over the years. Their potion sizes are also on the smaller side. But I’d go back. 5hey accept card which is amazing !

I wouldn’t recommend them. TRUST ME! If zero stars was an option I would have choose that. I regret ordering from them tonight. I ordered 3 broccoli combinations that comes with egg rolls and one extra. The driver charge me $38 I gave him $40 only to find out my egg rolls weren’t in the bag. I called back and I was in the phone for about 30 minutes, my food was cold, my kids were hungry and they offered me nothing for the inconvenience on top of all that. Of and for all that money the egg rolls are very small and the food isn’t worth it.
