Was disapointed in the food and quality of service. Bahama moma tasted off and to strong, brownie desert was hard as a rock, salmon had strong lemon taste, the wait for food and desert was far to long. We were seated right away but it took around 2 hours before we got the final ticket. We arrived around 5:45 and left around 7:45

Had a great experience. We sat at the bar to watch games and our bartender went above and beyond to take care of us. She helped us with suggestions for dinner choices and the Black and Blu salad was as good as she said. Along with that her margaritas, they were great!

We had the pleasure of dining at the newly remodeled, recently opened Lumberyard in Zenda Ks today for lunch. I had the Black and Blue salad and honestly I could eat that again for breakfast in the morning. It’s THAT good. The 5 oz sirloin that was nestled in the bed of fresh greens, blue cheese and dressing was cooked to absolute perfection. I’m a RARE steak lover and this steak had the perfect char on the outside and delicious rare center. I can’t wait to go back and try one of their other steaks for a dinner option with a drink from their full bar!

We’re from Los Angeles and were hear for a departed family members service. We had lunch afterwards at the Lumberyard. Im not from here and had no idea where we were going. It was the perfect place to be after our day. We were treated very very well. The young lady that helped us was so nice. With a great smile and an awesome personality. The food is delicious. The combo of high quality, generous portions, very kind pricing, delicious flavor, and an unreal menu. ‘Do yourself a favor, and order the black and blue salad. Delicious’ I would have to drive 25 hours to return. But I’ve already decided it’s gonna happen. KANSAS KICKS ASS.

Several of our family met at Lumberyard for lunch after a memorial service. I had met with the manager (Dave) prior to the luncheon to select a limited menu. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant – food was excellent and the servers were top notch. I recommend this restaurant and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

A steakhouse in a lumberyard? I grew up in Hutch and have never heard of them. After the ribeye I had tonight it is a good thing. I would probably weigh 400 lbs. This is the best meal I have had in a long time!
