Great job today to this place. It was crazy busy and Edna at the front was an absolute gem, moving all of these orders out and still continuously checked in on me while waiting. This experience could have gone poorly quickly with how busy ya’ll were but great service saved the day!

I ordered two extramostbest pepperoni pizzas, and two extramostbest cheese. On the pepperoni one, the meat doesn’t even go all the way to the center of the pizza. If I PAY for extra or something, I expect there to be extra!! I wish this would allow me to put pictures, there is ONLY pepperoni around the edges!!!

Definitely one of the nicest and cleanest little ceasers I’ve been in. Pizza was actually hot and fresh (sometimes they aren’t). The lady at the counter was very nice.

Staff were very rude to each other. Made it very uncomfortable to be in the store. Yelling at each other, making passive aggressive comments.
Someone needs to do a training on workplace interactions.

I’ll give you the store was busy, but not til after I made my order, then a bunch of people ordered after me. When I got my pizza, I left and went home. When I opened my pizza and tried to eat it, the crust was so thin and doughy it flopped around in my hands like a limp noodle. I didn’t order thin crust, but even if I had, thin crust is supposed to be crispy. But here’s the kicker, when I called to complain about it, instead of taking my complaint and making it right, the person on the other end says ,” oh a bunch of customers just came in, can you call back later and complain?”. I mean really, what kind of customer service is that! ? Someone needs to retrain these employees on customer service. A good employee would have asked another employee to take over the counter and seen to my complaint right away. Regardless if they were busy or not or at least put me on hold. I would have waited. The employee was just down right rude. I don’t know who the manager is, but I’m gonna find out. She or He needs to be aware the employee would rather loose a customer than do her damn job. Retraining is in order for sure. You need to address the complaints when they come in, not when it’s convenient for them!

Came to get pizza and while we were waiting on our custom order we got a regular hot and ready pizza and we were hungry so we decided to eat a slice while waiting and the manager came out rude telling us that we couldn’t eat inside that we had to stand outside in the heat if we wanted to eat a slice of pizza while we waited because we were hungry

Went in and ordered 3 pep pizzas watched 3 other people come in get their orders taken and get served, when they finally made my stuff they looked at me put it in the warmer and walked off another couple minutes go buy so i ask what’s up… they get to an attitude with me and grab the pizza out, slam it on the counter, and told me to have a ” great day” as smug as she can… all around bad service and subpar employees…
