The pizza is always delicious and everyone is always so friendly when we come to pick it up – an EXTRA special shout out to Leah (not sure how you spell it, sorry girl) – I recently placed an order and had my two kiddos fall asleep in the car on my way in to pick it up. If you’re a parent, you know the dangers of waking up 2 overtired toddlers – Leah was so sweet and brought out my order so I wouldn’t have to wake them. The kindness is SO appreciated and I wanted to make sure that the rest of the staff knows that the little acts of kindness don’t go unnoticed!
Cannot recommend BCs and their team enough
I didn’t complain the other two times. But this time , this salad it was really gross.
The onions & Mushrooms mushy,
The Salad wasn’t good & was not worth $10.99
And the manager, wouldn’t let me talk , which was frustrating. He Told me he could only give a credit, since I paid with a credit card.in which I kept saying that was fine. I just didn’t feel like he cared. I miss the days when business’s really cared about customers and service.
Part 2 after I refused delivery you just left the pizza in my driveway like a petty small man you are I used to come to trivia night with and entire friend group you just lost us all btw I brought your trash back to your trash restaurant. And of course I yelled at you you instantly called me a liar I was calling about the receipt being wrong . Who ever checks the receipt the whole reason I check was about how long it was.
KARAOKE NIGHT HAVE TO SAY ENJOYED THE ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY (THE KARAOKE LADY CAME OVER AND ALSO TALKED TO US MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOMED THANK YOU!!!) AND VERY UP BEAT!!! THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS AMAZING AND ON POINT!! IF YOU EVER COME TO PLAINWELL, MI (I have a home in Otsego,Mi not too far either). I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! FRIDAY AND SATURDAY IS KARAOKE NIGHT GOTTA SAY IM LOVIN BC PIZZA IN PLAINWELL-OTSEGO AREA!!
IT’S A MUST STOP BY LOCATION!!!
We called to request a credit back for this. Not in store credit, but a credit back to the card, after them delivering to us in Gobles (20 min. Away) was not an option. They stated they would credit us back. It was made clear that we did not want an in store credit, they confirmed. 3 business days later, I called to follow up, having not seen the credit yet.
Talked to owner, Tim, who has owned this for 9 yrs and he stated that they “credited it back” meaning in store credit. And could not process the actual credit back to the card on the date of purchase due to “having to re-enter the entire order”.
I do not care what you have to do to make it right, but when a product is not delivered, the amount paid for should be and is legally required to be offered back to any credit card transaction service/provider used. I spoke very nicely with the owner and he kept stating that they were unable to do this. I know for a fact that you are absolutely able to do this, ESPECIALLY when caught same day (in fact, caught same hour of pickup).
When being confronted about this, being very familiar with business law, the owner simply stated jargon about batch, which has nothing to do with his ability to be able to contact the third party transactor provider to cancel the pending transaction, and re-enter the order minus the missing item which was a $20 pizza, to reflect correctly the order which was received.
This is shady, and unprofessional, and completely lazy of an owner to be unwilling to have done this at the window of opportunity when this could have been resolved having been their own error, so they can retain $20 for product that they did not give and because the alternative was too taxing.
Do the right thing next time and act more humanly and with integrity.
By the way, the order was by a 90+ yr old grandma wanting to provide food for the whole extended family coming into town.
For anyone new trying this out, I would not recommend it due to their integrity alone. They missed a whole pizza order, which is no problem in itself, but how they handled it, and their unwillingness to provide a credit back to the original payment method when it was 100% their fault, and then them lying about not being able to credit it back to the original payment method is unethical, bad business, and has also been reported to the better business bureau.
Watch when they say they will “credit you back”. Clarify this with them because they do not intend to credit your card back. They only mean in store credit.
