Our sandwiches were super good but there was unfortunately a hair in the middle of my sandwich 🙁 tried getting a refund online but we didn’t remember our order number lol. The cashier wasn’t the kindest to us but the sandwiches were honestly still super good. I got the Jim Rome without avocado and it was awesome. We don’t really get freaked out by issues like this, and as someone who has worked in food before I understand how hard it can be to keep your hair neat, but just kinda sucky since the lady wasn’t the super nicest and then we got the hair LOL. But, the place is still super good, and the food is great. We probably just had some bad luck

Both me and my fiancé ordered our preferred sandwiches. We got asked if we wanted the free veggie toppings to which my fiancé replied none on hers and only lettuce on mine. We get back home to find lettuce and tomatoes on both of our sandwiches. Why even ask the question if we wanted veggies if you’re just going to put them on there anyways? This is the worst Ikes experience I’ve ever had. They usually are spot on at other locations.

We ordered vegan sandwiches and they all tasted good. I liked meatless mike though. There’s good filling between the dutch crunch bread. However I did notice some ingredients like high fructose corn syrup in one of their sauces. Some meatless options have preservatives/additives that I consider as unhealthy. Go to their Website and click on nutritional info on the sandwich that you prefer to get full ingredient list. The service was good and fast.

Usually understaffed. When I last visited, only one person was working and they seemed very stressed out. They were working on sandwiches in the back and took awhile to actually come to the register to take orders. Tone and behavior was annoyed but I suppose he was working without backup.
They always seem to way overdo it on condiments (even when asking for light condiments), so that the sandwiches are often soggy messes by the time you unwrap them.

The service was fast and we were able to customize our order a lot. Our sandwiches were yummy and were made accurately according to our customizations. I would definitely come back again. The dark tinted windows make the store from the outside look dark or closed but it is really open.
