Kloie is the barista who I specifically want to thank & recognize because no matter how my day is going she manages to get me to leave with a smile & in a great mood! The staff here is very kind and personable, and they offered to let me try a new flavor that i was on the fence about (cause i really love my regular drink so i don’t like taking risks lol). after having some rude starbucks experiences in other parts of columbus, the people here are a breath of fresh air. will definitely be giving them more of my business!

Came thru the drive thru friendly service but she left and walked away without handing our drinks. Another man comes and hands us our drinks which weren’t blended and I don’t think they had coffee in them we ended up tossing three venti drinks

GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!! I get my coffee here every morning on my way to work and the entire staff is super friendly and upbeat. Everyone always has a positive attitude and they look like they have fun with their work too! whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough

Seems to frequently get order wrong 4 out of five times but when order is right it tastes fine
Just need to be more consistent and careful reading orders and when making modifications but overall decent tasting coffee and friendly staff

I stop here pretty often on my break and it always seems like the staff here is having a gay old time, joking around and laughing with each other. The service is usually pretty on point though as well! And I know this is a super busy location.

I have been coming to this location for 5 years. This Starbucks has the best customer service in the area. Kate, Dominic, Dylan and staff are absolutely fantastic! My coffee is always made correctly. When I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile and wonderful music. They always say hello to me by name. I love my coffee notes. Walking in is the highlight of my morning. They make my day better. such positive and uplifting energy. Thank you for all of your hard work. I appreciate everything you do! Always tip your barista!
