This location is brand-new, so longer-than-usual delays are to be expected as they gain their footing, but they are doing a great job. I’ve come 3 times in the past week, and each time the service and quality was as superb as you would expect from any Chick-fil-A. The location for this store is especially prime as it’s right off Rt. 33. I’ve been waiting for a Chick-fil-A in the Southeast Columbus area for many years and I couldn’t be happier to have one now – no more driving all the way to Grove City or Reynoldsburg! I plan to be a frequent customer here going forward. Keep up the great work!

This place is convenient for me. While I know it’s new location this isn’t the first time I have had orders wrong. Today I picked up my mobile order. my dinner and I completely got the wrong order. I got some one else’s sandwich and fried nuggets meals. While I ordered a harvest salad (got something else with tomatoes and roasted corn), a milk shake, and a grilled nugget meal. The only things they got right was the milk shake and the soda. What is going on at this location. Only reason I got food here was I got off work late to have to go back in first thing in the morning at 6am. Obvious my name isn’t Liz.

I know they just opened but they have some serious work to do. The worst Chick fil a I’ve ever had. Ordered on the mobile app, waited in line for 17 mins only to receive warm stale fries, dry macaroni, and a chicken sandwich with the most disgusting grilled patty. I’ll stick to the Reynoldsburg and E. Broad locations. Drinks (kids juice box and sweet tea) were good though!

This is the slowest location I’ve ever been to and by a wide margain. We were the 2nd car in line when they opened and it took them 32 minutes to get our food to us. Actually, I had to retrieve it from them after they had us pull up to wait for 25 minutes. I don’t know if they’re short-staffed or the manager just doesn’t give a cluck but this location gets a D- at best. Bonus points for their consistency

Perfectly cooked delicious chicken sandwich, the fries were hot and fresh and they were almost so good they didn’t need sauce (I still opted for the Chick-fil-a sauce anyways) The whole shop was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Alisha at the front at the register was extremely attentive and made extra sure we got the order that we wanted. Even though the restaurant was a little full and there was a line of people we were not rushed at all and were made to feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you!!

This location being 3 miles down the road is dangeroussss ! Didn’t even know it was right there until I got off on 33 the other day! Went for dinner around 7:30pm on a Thursday night. The food was hot, fresh and served with smiles. Can’t complain. Will be back for sure

Love the Christmas decorations and live carnation on the table (with the artificial baby’s breathe—nice touch!). Staff working together to move the line. Woman’s room clean; men’s room not so much (too bad ordinance required toilets; would be better with urinals). Nice to see staff have jackets to wear when it’s freezing cold outside; even when door opens can be quite cold in restaurant. Food delicious as at home and everywhere. Just traveling through (live in Greensburg PA). Enjoyed manager stopping by to see if we needed anything! Good managers work side-by-side with staff! Good luck to this new CF!

The food was good and the line in the Drive-Thru moved quickly, but I was shorted a sandwich and by the time I got home it was too late to go back. Very irritating. I will have to check my bag every time before I leave this location.

Update: went to this location a second time and everything was perfect. Food was great and all my items were in the bag.

Update 2: Been to this location many times now and it has been perfect.
