Horrible guest service! I did have a large order but when I placed my order I asked for a specific item with no onions. While we waited for our order we had the waitress try to give us someone else’s order a few times. Since it was busy it made sense to us that there was confusion we didn’t think much of it. Then when we received our order they had onions on a plate that I asked for no onions. The waitress offered to remake the plate of tacos I offered just to pick it off and she said are you sure we can remake it for you. I took her on her offer and her remake the order for me. When she brought it out again it didn’t have cilantro thinking I could just ask for a side of cilantro so I could have my tacos just the way I like them. But nope that bothered the waitress because she went and told the cashier that we were wasting food and needed to pay for a second order of the taco plate that they remade for me. The waitress also never brought out any utensils so I could eat my rice and beans so my husband went to the counter to ask for one when the cashier told my husband that the waitress wanted us to pay for a second order of tacos. My husband explained what happened and we were left feeling uncomfortable and very upset. How we ended being blamed for their mistakes and when they were making mistakes in front of us prior to their mistake with our order baffled us?! Yet, we were the ones that were wrong makes. How do you act like you didn’t do anything wrong when you couldn’t even get the orders to the correct people more than once?!

Honestly the food was great, big portions and fast service. We were 15 people and we didnt even wait 20 min awesome people great customer service thank you ! Ordered chilaquiles with asada meat on top ! Im still full !

I recently dined at Villa Flores Tacos, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff, who were attentive and truly dedicated to providing exceptional service.

We’ve tried gong here a handful of times and the price for the same meal is always different. They are extremely rude and the food is always cold. I’ve also found bits of meat in my vegetarian burrito on 2 occasions. This last time when asked why the price was $20 over the usual amount they blamed my partner for the cashier’s error and then threw the refunded amount at him.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes for 3 carne asade tacos. I finally got the girl at the windows attention (she was too busy standing around drinking soda to pay any attention to her job) and I asked when our food would be ready and she rudely barks back “this isn’t fast food.” She claimed the restaurant was so busy but all the tables except one were empty. I asked for a refund and she said they don’t give refunds. I asked to speak to the owner and after 5 more minutes the girl come back, throws money at me, and says “what else do you want?” What a terrible experience and I never got my tacos.

There is a person that works at this tacos place with a mole on her face couldn’t get her name and I was trying to send money to another country and she was being very rude and giving me the side eye and made me wait 30 minutes did not appreciate this at all. Very bad service!!!

The carne asada tasted like chorizo….thats not what a california burrito is…go back to the OG California burrito when it first came out years ago with carne asada, sour cream, cheese, and fries. That was simple and delicious!!!!
