I’ve gone to other Papa Johns around the states and this one just doesn’t compare. They make the pizzas so good here. Absolutely love this place, I probably order every week. They make pizzas quick too!

Placed an online order and arrived within the time frame given to pick up order. When walked in there was no one present, eventually someone came out of the office. When asked the name for the order she said they couldn’t find it but our sticker order slip was stilling hanging from the printer. She then said it just came through even though it had been there since walking in and the prior 15 minutes we waited before coming in.
Service lately has absolutely sucked and the quality of pizza has gone downhill. Probably wont be coming back.

Ordered 2 pizzas on a Thursday evening and was told they would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Arrived at the 35 minute mark and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. Please get rid of the call center and let me talk to someone in the building so I can get an accurate time.

If you want to be spoken to poorly by a rude woman, this is the place for you. If you actually want pizza though, I would suggest somewhere else. You will just leave here with an empty box of disappointment when you show up at the time it’s supposed to be ready and they tell you it will be 45 more minutes.

If u could leave no stars i would Service very rude waited over an hour for a pizza that I ordered at 5 PM. Did not get to pick it up until 6 PM. Guy ignored me for the first 10 minutes putting stickers on a box finally when I asked was my food ready he said no I said well. My app said it is he said don’t go by that it all says ready and it’s not he asked me my name. I told him my name he went to the shelf said no not ready yet. Took other people‘s orders grabbed other people‘s food that came in after me Went over there and put more stickers on a box then right back over and then yelled my name the pizza was done the whole time. I literally ordered just a cheese and a pepperoni basic pizza. It was ice cold when I got home spend all that money for nothing I will not be going back. It was the first time that I have ordered from here and my last Definitely not worth it.

Food was great after we got it. Ordered at 11:05 after they opened and went, per directive of the call bot, at 11:20 and it was not done. Came back at 11:45am and still waited until almost noon before I left with my pizza. Pizza tasted amazing but with two workers on a weekend, the workload was too much and one of them was in training. They were polite and apologetic but they should have more support than that from their supporting managers.

Where to start? I guess we can talk about the positives first, since that will be the quickest. You barely have to worry about the order being wrong or bad. You get what you ask for, and it’s usually tastes well.
Now that the positives are out of the way, let’s talk about how you end up spending way more for less. I can’t say Papa John’s is unique in this regard as you literally have to use coupons to feel like you aren’t wasting money. Every pizza place does this now, to the point where they just give you the coupons online. But the problem is that even with the coupons, it still costs at least thirty dollars no matter what you get. You spend so much, only for it to take two hours to get your cold food, and both of these issues are sadly very new and preventable.
A few years ago this wasn’t an issue. The food wasn’t the best-priced, but it was still delivered at a reasonable time and hot. Turns out, they got a new manager recently who decided to fire all their drivers and outsource the deliveries to DoorDash. So now all the experienced drivers who had worked there for years lost their jobs for the dumbest reason imaginable. Now it can take up to three hours to get your food, because most of the DoorDash drivers in town won’t even accept these orders, and the ones who do just sit and wait for multiple orders before delivering.
Hire your old drivers back, for the love of God. There’s no way you’re making a profit with these awful changes. Nobody wants to order from a place they know will just waste their time and deliver cold food.

Pizza is what you’d expect but the employees acted miserable and were definitely not welcoming. Plus, the store didn’t even have a sign and the inside was rundown and looked kind of dirty. Don’t expect a warm welcome. At least the food was still warm when I picked it up…

The food isn’t the problem, it’s the wait I have endured every.single.time I’ve ordered from this location. I have totally given up delivery from this store so my boyfriend and I now pick up. Without fail we have had to wait 20mins to an hour past the time it’s supposed to be ready. I love papa John’s and I hate that since moving here it’s such a pain to enjoy it. Every time I say I’m craving it my boyfriend cringes, again not because of the food – it’s just everything we’re going to have to go endure to get our pizza.
