We stayed in Maui for 7 days and ate here 4 of those days! The pizza is truly Neapolitan and tastes absolutely amazing!! They do half and half too and have a wide variety of vegetarian options (need to specify while ordering).
Both the guys at the truck too are super nice and friendly! Overall a top-choice and would highly recommend!! We had the half&half Margherita Pizza and the Grandma’s Pizza (with no meat) – our top choice!!
P.S. The truck is called Pizzeria Margarita (like in the photos but Google Maps has it labeled Margarita’s Pizzas.

Wayyy too much cheese for their crust considering it’s on the thinner side… Also, crust was totally burnt! ☹️ Def not “just a bit charred”.

The chef was super sweet and friendly, and even customized the Veggie pizza to make it Jain-friendly, which we really appreciated. Both pizzas were super fresh, light, and full of authentic flavor. The picture on the truck is a very different style than what they serve.
Crust has no cornicione or leoparding. Mozzarella isn’t fresh and burns in high heat because of the preservative. Basil isn’t genovese.
