I just moved to the area and really wanted a Vietnamese Iced Coffee this morning. Found this place and gave it a shot.
First off I freaking love the decor and vibe. I got my stuff to go because I had to go back home to work but it was a nice and homey atmosphere. I legit wanted to just chill there and work from my laptop.
First sip of the iced coffee was deliciousssss! I know it’s an iced coffee but honestly a lot of places give way too much ice and not enough coffee. This had so much coffee and you can actually taste the coffee. It’s not over saturated with condense milk. There was a good balance between the coffee flavor and sweetness! And if you know Asians we don’t like things too sweet!
I also got the Banh Mi Dac Biet. This thing is gorgeoussssssss! And first bite immediately I felt like the scene from Ratatouille where the critic had flashback to childhood. No exaggeration that’s how I felt. It had all the flavors of a classic Vietnamese sandwich even the Vietnamese mayo! The portion of meat to veggies was well balanced. I am definitely coming back!!!!

So glad we decided to venture away from our normal pho restaurant and give this place a try. Their chicken pho is absolutely delicious. The broth is the best pho broth I’ve ever had. The chicken is great and looks like it’s been cooked on site (so many pho places serve chicken that looks like it was made in a factory ). Everything about it is great. The only way it could possibly be better is if they served it with fresh basil. Hubs gets the chicken Banh Mi and he says it’s great too. Order is always ready for pickup on time and service is great. This will definitely be our go to pho place from now on.

Finally tried this restaurant after several coworkers raved about it… It lived up to the hype. Friendly staff, tasty pork, wonderful bread and fresh vegetables on the Banh Mi. In a world where chain fast food places can cost 15 bucks for lunch, this was great to order a 7 dollar sandwich that was way better quality in every way possible. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about this place. This is my wife and I’s favorite spot to go when we eat lunch together during weekdays. The bahn mi sandwiches are incredible with the baguettes being made in house. The pork pastries are also incredible if you are able to get there before they run out! A true culinary highlight in Carrollton.

The place is quite small, and the food selection is limited. But their pho is surprisingly good and could be one of the best in town. The owner and the waiters are all friendly, making this a top choice for me whenever I am craving pho.

This mom and pop hidden treasure serves up some very yummy and very satisfying bowls of hot steaming Pho! Don’t let the small size fool you, the food here is downright delicious. The dining room has four tables with two to three chairs each. If you have a larger group two of the tables can be combined to create a larger table to accommodate about six people. There was a large group of six people dining when my husband and I walked in. There were two smaller tables available and we sat at the one with the two chairs. If you plan to eat in or have a larger group it might help to call ahead.
We placed our order at the counter. I ordered the Combination Pho and a Pork Puff Pastry and my husband ordered the Brisket Bahn Mi, a Pork Puff Pastry and a Cream Puff. I enjoyed looking at the vintage decor as I was waiting for my food to arrive. For a moment I felt like I had stepped back in time. The overall ambiance was of a time gone by. I felt like I was being served food in the dining room of a family member or of a good friend. It felt warm and inviting, peaceful and unhurried which made the entire dining experience more relaxing and pleasant.
Once the food arrived it was time to dig in! I thought the Pho was PHOnomenal, as the broth was light, and very flavorful! The noodles were of the right texture and in proper proportion to the broth. I didn’t need to add anything to the broth which is a sign of a very well prepared broth.
My husband said he enjoyed the Brisket Bahn Mi sandwich. He commented on how soft the interior of the bread was in contrast to the crispy, crusty exterior. He liked the amount of toppings inside the sandwich and felt like the sandwich was tasty. We both enjoyed the Pork Puff Pastries and would order them again. According to my husband, the cream puff was pretty good as well. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely visit again sometime in the near future!

In my 17 years since discovering Pho and making any excuse to eat it as much as possible; I have never had a bowl as good as I did at Banh Mi Dalat. The Rare Steak Pho was phonomenal! Perfectly sliced rare steak, that cooked with one dip in the steaming broth, will melt in your mouth. The meatballs were made of high quality seasoned beef and had a wonderful consistency. All accompanied by a lovely broth, the absolute perfect amount of noodles, and fresh onions/greens. I left the emptiest bowl I have ever left eating pho. 10/10 I cannot wait to go back.
