Miss Stacey was amazing! This was my first time here and I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience! Miss Stacey helped me navigate the menu, made sure my order was correct, asked me how the meal was and never stopped being attentive to all the guests. She tirelessly wiped tables, greeted everyone who came in and asked every single patron if they need anything several times throughout our meals. I can’t say enough about Miss Stacey’s work ethic! BTW, the food was amazing! Burger was gigantic, juicy and super tasty! The chili was phenomenal! Corn bread, cooked to order in pancake form, was outstanding! Honestly one of the best lunch experiences I’ve had in a long time. Stop in of you’re in the area! Fresh Off The Grill and miss Stacy will not will not disappoint! Honerable mention to all the rest of the staff as well including Kasper! Everyone was great!

Not sure how I’ve been going here for 5 years now and haven’t left a review… Best cheeseburger in all of Concord and one of the best in the Greater Charlotte area. I/3 lb burger with extra cheese all day. The wings are great too, and stock up on the ranch! I always get 4-5 extra cups to go. Easily the best homemade ranch I’ve ever had. They really should sell it by the jar.

Update: Summer 2025. Since we do live about 24 minutes away, we had not been here since last yr. This time we both got burgers. Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working properly in the restaurant, so we decided to get it to go and eat in the car. The burger were great and the fries are excellent as well.

1st time visitors. After taking an afternoon stroll, we ended up at Fresh Off The Grill by happenstance. So glad we stopped in. I got the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, list as Carolina Cheese Steak on Menu. Added lettuce and tomato. It was excellent. Wife got Pimento Cheese Burger. It too was good size and she loved it. She asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they did not disappoint. She couldn’t stop eating them they were so good.
Priced right. One note, the sweet ice tea was a bit too sweet, yet they added some unsweetened tea and it turned out great. They serve ice cream as well, yet we were full from dinner and passed. We’ll come back one day for dessert. Overall, I’d recommend. Very nice folks too!

I’ve ordered from here over 15 times. Today was the worst food I’ve ever gotten here. A child’s shrimp and all the shrimp were slumped together. A bacon cheeseburger with half done bacon. The only good thing today were the fries. The person at the window really showed no customer service. If you don’t want to be at work, don’t come in I will discontinue eating here. The food was not well cooked and the service was sloppy. The picture below is what they served for a child. Too far down the road to turn around. Had to get her something else to eat. This is scrappy. But my fault for believing it was ok and not checking.

We’ve driven by this place for 3 years and I’m sad that we lost that much time eating here! The food was great, staff was really polite and accommodating to our many questions. I got the fried flounder sandwich, awesome. Wife got a burger, awesome. Kids got tenders and a cheeseburger (awesome awesome). We also got fried pickles and French fries, done perfectly. Their homemade ranch is delicious. Check this place out! Also they have a kids eat freee on Monday and Tuesday deal that you should check out. A family of 4 ate and had leftovers for $30 (kids free).

We normally order from the Cannon Crossing store which has great food and service. However I ordered a 20 count wings that didn’t taste fresh but like something they had left over from lunch and they tried to disguise the taste by drowning them in sauce- yuk. A waste of money and all I will share about the customer experience is I won’t be back at this location ever.

Staff is friendly. There’s no doubt about that. The food was not to my level of expectations. I’m a fan of crinkle cut fries, and they were seasoned. I can’t say that for the rest of the food. Burgers are Def pre pattied. Reminds me of school lunch burgers, imo. Wings were crispy, but the flavor only comes from the sauce. They call them naked, which is literally no breading and no seasoning.
