Horrible. Got the triple cheeseburger. The meat was dried out. Don’t go at 7pm. You will be eating patties from lunch. They asked what sauce my wife wanted for her chicken nuggets but failed to put it in the bag. No napkins either. The iced tea tasted rank. Maybe they should clean their container?

Joe had a good, customer oriented attitude when I asked if I could get fresh fries instead of what I had been given. He was friendly and courteous and got me fresh fries. These days a good attitude is hard to come by. Good job Joe. Keep up the good work and better things are coming!

The service here was horrible. Put some adults in charge that actually know how to talk to people. I had an experience today with some young lady that was rude from the moment she opened her mouth. Then she made me wait to order my food in the drive thru. No one in line, behind me or in front of me. I know they weren’t busy. So I don’t understand the rudeness. The food was mediocre. She didn’t put any Ketchup in the bag. Even when I ask her at the window, is there ketchup in the bag? Won’t be back to that Wendy’s, ever!

Poor service at the window. No communication and they shove your order at you and close the window. So be prepared to juggle if you go through the drive thru and good luck if you need a drink carrier

Went for breakfast drive thru. Very unfriendly. I ordered B&G and also French toast sticks. Pull over to eat, no fork , no syrup with ft, no salt or pepper, no napkins. So my disabled self slowly made my way inside to inquire on said items. I was given a pack of syrup and rudely informed that the forks and napkins and others were out in lobby.! All good, HAD I WENT IN TO ORDER MY FOOD INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH DRIVE THRU, I might of thought of that. I mean, why would I have expected it to be in my sack, Mr Grinch? Check your bags before you pull away from windows for everything needed from this one.

This has to be about the nicest Wendy’s I’ve been too especially if the truck parking I really appreciate it. Unfortunately they close the lobby by the time I was able to make it but I did call and staff was very friendly and said I can walk through the drive-thru amazing work guys I was really hungry
