Traveling in for business and found Silvia’s. Tgree of us popped in for dinner and were so impressed. Silvia prepares everything and is a fantastic host. She went through the menu and honestly, it was difficult to choose.
I decided on the lasagna and added a meatball. The lasagna was 5 layers of goodness with a perfect sauce. The meatball was tender and flavorful.
Definitely a place to keep in the list to visit again.
Thank you Silvia

The four cheese ravioli is soooo good, especially with one of their meatballs on top. Great ambience! Everyone is super friendly too.

On a super cold day in Regina, Silvia’s was exactly what I needed. The pasta was absolutely delicious and warmed me right up. Incredible flavors, cozy atmosphere, and truly comforting Italian food. Totally recommend!

Delicious food. Great service. The owner is super inviting and kind. It’s in the middle of all the downtown construction, which is almost done. I hope it doesn’t deter diners from coming here. This will be my go to place during my business trips to Regina moving forward.

If you plan on coming here, make a reservation as least 24hrs in advance. Even for lunch. And show up 5-10 min early to attempt to find parking!
Today for lunch my coworkers and I went out to Silvia’s Italian Café. It’s a wholesome little restaurant down some stairs beneath the Legion and the food here is homemade with love.
I got the Four Cheese Ravioli ($18). It’s house-made ravioli with house-made pastasciuatta sauce, Parmesan and a little slice of bread. The garlic oil on this bread was to die for. I really enjoyed my dish. It was warming for a cold day like today. I’m not usually a fan of red sauce, but I could really taste the fresh herbs.
I’m also a huge fan of the service we received. Our server, which I assume is the husband of Silvia, was very kind, attentive and warm. It really feels like they’re happy to have you there.
Great spot for lunch, you’re in and out in under an hour. Just make a reservation in advance. I highly recommend you give this local spot a try!

This cozy little spot is a true hidden gem. Silvia, the owner and server, is absolutely lovely—she makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The menu is thoughtfully curated, and every dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavour. It’s like Italian home cooking brought straight to your table. A must-try if you’re in Regina—seriously, so good!

Food was delicious, fast and hot. Will visit again. Had the baguette appetizer with olive and balsamic, great taste. The pasta had great flavors. Atmosphere was relaxed, and service was prompt and friendly.

Silvia’s Italian Café in Regina was a hit two years in a row now! Perfect restaurant to load up on carbs before GMS Queen City Marathon! Ordered bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu! Everything was homemade, fresh and delicious! Friendly service and the owner stopped by our table multiple times to check how everything was! The ambience was very nice, had a small town Italian Cafe like feeling to it!
Will absolutely be returning next year for carb loading before QCM!
And for all those runners out there… the pasta absolutely delivered on the results the next day!

Small venue with big flavour. Menu was short with every dish fresh and flavourful, usually with a family history reference from the owner and delightful namesake, Silvia. Delicious food, well-seasoned with generous portions. Very welcoming. Recommended.
