Came by through Drive thru, expecting to go in and get out fast, since there was no one else in line nor inside eating. I placed my order just as it is on the receipt. I was charged correctly. Until I got to the window, that I had to wait about 30 minutes, I was asked for what number I had ordered on the menu, specifically what buttery jack. When I said it correctly what I wanted so in my opinion there shouldn’t be any confusion. Then I noticed a white female on the larger side, talking on her cell (having a full phone call). Then after getting my order and I checked it I received a buttery bacon burger with not even full sized bacon slices and a Swiss cheese. I came back, hadn’t even left the drive through, and asked them to fix it as that is not what I ordered. It looked like they didn’t even remake the whole thing they just added the condiments, lettuce tomato, etc.
I’m genuinely shocked to see this is how they are “taught” at a new job. And that they don’t even know their own menu items. I got home and everything is cold. The cheese on my burger isn’t even fully melted. And the fries are small like leftover pieces. Spent about $30 just for it to not be right and waiting in the drive through for more than 30 minutes, that’s ridiculous!

NEVER WILL COME BACK HERE!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME THERES A PROBLEM. Here’s a pro tip. If you want to not do your job 15 minutes before closing while 3 other people are in the drive through, hide your big self in the freezer or fridge and not directly in front of the drive thru window, as you not take orders and ignore everyone!

This location served us reheated meals that were not edible on one visit and the second visit we didn’t get what we ordered. We wont give them a third chance. Fire the whole crew including the manager. They obviously cant get an order right. And giving someone reheated food is downright malicious. Included photos of the Worst food ever.

There needs to be more workers staffed during nights. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and noticed there was only 2 people working. The person taking my order had amazing customer service despite the fact that they have every right to be rushed and overloaded.

I was very disappointed this visit. I was looking forward to the tacos, but they were cold. So that ruined my taco craving. I ordered the halfsies fries & they were burnt. Plus I only got 1 actual curly fry and the rest were just pieces. The burger was made sloppy, I opened it and there was a lot of mustard on the wrapper and bun. The other thing is that this Kerman location is DIRTY! The soda machine had splatter all over it. The floors & tables were dirty. And I could see from the counter area that where they prepare ur food was dirty as well. Even the sidewalk by the front door was nasty. I don’t understand why they don’t have this restaurant clean. Every time my Husband & I pass by they they are always dead. Maybe 2 cars in drive thru. This will be the last time we go to this Jack in the Box.

When I arrived at the counter to order my food no one was at the register. Employees saw us standing there but didn’t acknowledge us until 5 minutes later. The least they could’ve done is greet us and tell us that someone will be with us shortly. I ordered the number 11and my chicken was lukewarm and really hard. I ate half the sandwich then finally got a bite of tomato and bacon. If the customer service and food would have been better I would give 4 stars.

Kerman location is the worst to visit if you want fast food. They will ask you to park in front to wait for your order every single time regardless if there is a line or not in the drive thru. Tonight there are 5 cars in front waiting for orders.
