Been coming here for quite a few years as I love their açaí bowls. I always order online for pick up since it takes forever for them to make the bowls. I usually order the Island bowl or the Fla bowl. This time I ordered the island bowl and noticed that it had a lack of fruit. You can see in the photo that there is barely any strawberry or pineapple which is very disappointing. I feel like they are always running out of something. Worth a visit if you love açaí bowls!

We enjoy the fresh healthy meal options. But are frustrated by their approach to service.
Fresh bowls take a significant amount of time to make. But they are worth waiting for.
But they have a strange policy of only delivering completed orders in numerical order.
You are not only waiting on your order to be completed, but all who ordered before you.
Today we saw are completed order set aside, with other completed orders, waiting for a large incomplete order to be finished.
Five people watched their orders sit, until the large order was complete, so that all orders could be released in numerical order. This added 20 minutes to an already long wait.
This is not fast food & you shouldn’t expect fast service. But a policy of making everyone wait their turn to receive their order – adding 20+ minutes to your wait – is extremely poor customer service.

Florida Juice and Bowl has gone downhill since its early days when the food quality and service were exceptional.
Now, the food is subpar, and the prices are high for what you get.
To make matters worse, the staff is often rude, which adds to the disappointing experience.
It’s frustrating to see a place that once offered great food and service turn into something so unworthy.

The servers are incredibly rude and arrogant, especially a young lady named Jewel.
When I brought up my complaint, she dismissively told me there was nothing she could do.
When I mentioned reaching out to the owner, she had the audacity to say, “go right ahead.”
The food and service here was once very good buy has been on a steady decline for some time now.
If the owner wants to save this business, a complete overhaul is necessary!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Florida Juice and Bowl. I ordered a poke bowl that unfortunately tasted spoiled. Concerned, I reached out to the restaurant and spoke with a representative named Jewel. Instead of addressing my concern, she informed me that there was nothing she could do, claiming that they had served this food to other customers without any complaints.
As long-standing customers, we would never make an unfounded complaint. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, and we won’t be returning.

Never been more disappointed with a service experience. I placed an online order an hour ago for it to be ready at 12:10. I understand theirs a lunch rush and it may be a couple minutes longer, no problem. My issue is however when I go to ask for my order that I see sitting on a counter at 12:15 I’m told to wait. Then after another 15 minutes my toast is sitting in the counter getting soggy and cold. Then when I finally flag down the girl making food at the counter (third time I’ve asked about my order) she looks at me and goes “next time you need to ask” with a short, rude and cold tone. Then walks away. To make things even better I had a cold brew I purchased and was not with the order. I asked the girl at the register if we could please have it, she then goes to the girl making the food and she angrily goes and makes the cold brew. I understand you may be understaffed, however, it should not be a problem to give me something I paid for. There were no greens on my toast either and it was all soggy and cold. For $25 I will never eat here again, take your business to somewhere that won’t disrespect you or charge you over $20 for toast!

Although, the service here is awful. Me and multiple people have been given wrong orders, when we correct them, they accuse us of being wrong. Don’t they know how customer service works? 2 girls in mind, are often extremely rude and make the atmosphere hard to be in.
Overall I love this place, but the employees need to be studied. Lol

Excellent food! Really stellar smoothies, toasts + smoothie bowls. Will def be back! Tons of parking and the staff is very quick and efficient! Lots of seating inside and it’s a vibe. Could be work from home vibes or quick bite to eat. Very very clean inside! Free wifi

Best poke bowl I’ve had! The salmon poke was so fresh and had a good texture. They have lots of topping options (some are extra $$) which were all fresh as well. Great place for vegans/vegetarians. They also have pressed juices already packaged and ready to go. This is my go-to spot whenever in town!

I am giving this three stars because usually I have a great experience at this establishment and enjoy the food. However, today, my normal order was different, it was oversaturated with sauce and inedible. When I shared this with the staff, they told me that the policy is not to remake or refund. I find this very disappointing and will certainly question whether or not I will return.
