Hands down, this place has some of the best sushi around. To be honest, it’s easily some of the freshest and tastiest I’ve had — and at a really good price, too. One of the things I loved most is that it wasn’t overly crowded, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff here provides excellent customer service, making you feel welcome and taken care of from the start. The menu has plenty of great options, and their specials are definitely worth checking out. I especially recommend stopping by for their lunch special — the portions, quality, and prices make it an unbeatable deal. Overall, this is a hidden gem with amazing food, friendly service, and real value. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Hands down one of the BEST restaurant experiences our family has had in a long time! We came to celebrate my little sister’s birthday, and from the moment we walked in, everything was amazing. Our server, Jordan, was an absolute joy, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome right away.
Earlier in the day we had a small mishap with my sister’s birthday cake, which was a bit of a bummer. When we finally brought it in and the manager, Lily, noticed the tiny candle, she immediately ran to grab a beautiful sparkler candle instead. That thoughtful gesture completely turned the day around and truly made my sister’s birthday feel special.
I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. The service was outstanding and so warm, it felt cozy and welcoming, like a place you want to keep coming back to. And the food? Incredible. From start to finish everything was delicious. We had the ramen, hibachi, and sushi, and every single dish was a hit.
10/10 across the board, amazing service, amazing food, amazing experience. We will 100% be back!

Went back again a couple days later and did the all you can eat lunch special, service was so slow took forever to bring our orders out and we were one of 3 tables. It makes it a never going to return because at the end of our meal the waitress came and said you left rice the last time you were here and you left rice again so next time we are going to up charge you! Like what the hell you have tabs on everyone who comes and what they eat!!? You can’t change the rules you chose to be an all you can eat each dine in should be its own experience !

Sapporo is hands down my favorite restaurant in Midland when I get the craving for ramen or sushi. Have been coming here for the past 4 years. Everything I have had on the menu is oh so delicious. I am addicted to their ramen. The “Devil Ramen” is a soul cleanser.

Yesterday we celebrated Aly’s birthday at Sapporo Sushi & Bar, and it was an amazing experience. Our server Jordan was professional and attentive, and the manager Lilly truly went above and beyond—she changed Aly’s dish, decorated it beautifully with orchids, and added a lovely heart-shaped candle that made the celebration feel very special.
The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. We also greatly appreciated Lilly’s kindness in wrapping our cake since it arrived without packaging.
We 100% recommend Sapporo Sushi & Bar and will definitely be back!

Me and a coworker went and got the all you can eat sushi plus the up charge for everything. We ordered one round which was good placed order for 2nd and waited 30 minutes. The waitress came and apologized for the wait and then came back another 10 minutes later and asked if we wanted to cancel our 2nd round. We told her no we would wait and then she tells us it’s going to be another 30 minutes to an hour before they get to us. Because they were busy. Under half of the restaurant was full. We left paid full price for all you can eat to order some appetizers and a few 4 piece rolls. Terrible experience. Won’t go again. If that was their “busy”

Sweet ladies that work here excellent food we had three different types of sushi. They were really really good and made sure that avocado wasn’t on it because I couldn’t eat it. Amazing service as well. Definitely will come back.

Our family loves Sapporo and we always have a great experience!!! Our favorites are the edamame, crab rangoons, gyoza, egg rolls, spicy gyoza soup, steak and or chicken fried rice, steak udon. Owners are so friendly and we’ve had great service each time. My kiddo says their chicken nuggets are the best, LOL. Truly something for everyone!
