With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

First time trying this place. We hit it heading out of Havasu on the way home. Got breakfast sandwich and egg bites and coffee drink that was suggested by the barista which was a great chouce. Boy it beats the heck out of Starbucks, taste and prices.

Brianna(Breanna?) was fantastic this morning just after 6am(12/20/24). I am impressed that they all even show up with smiles that early in the morning but she actually remembered my order which is amazing as, sometimes, I can’t even remember it. I’ve been going to Human Bean more often given their great service, coffee and their rewards app(and those Chocolate Beans are awesome). I know from past communication with their owner Juls, all the workers really care about doing a great job and they all add a nice dose of positivity to my busy day. I don’t know the name of the worker who was with Brianna but she was great too. There are a number of coffee places in Havasu, but besides the drink and food quality, it will 100% be the customer service and friendliness that drive us all more towards the Human Bean.

I have ordered the same drink from there for a long time. It was never the same 2 times in a row. The first time I didn’t receive the drink correctly, I went back to the location I bought it. I was told if they would remake it, it would be the same as the one I received. The staff became rude. I stopped going here. A year or so ago, I went to get my coffee and the price was $3 more than it was prior when I came there. I was upset and emailed the company to make sure I was charged correctly. I did not receive an answer to my email. I stopped buying coffee here. I do go now and again because they are convenient on the way out of town.

Started my order, the girl working didn’t write it down, I ordered four drinks, she forgot what one was, ended up getting three of the orders wrong. Not a good way to operate a business. People prefer their orders to be correct more than you dazzling them with your memory.

Used to be a good location but it seems they’ve struggled to find hires besides young teens and the coffee is always burnt now. The boba is horribly undercooked every time too. The food is decent, and the workers are always friendly and kind, just don’t really seem to know what they’re doing.

Great place with lovely baristas that work their. I love the low cost coffee and the drive through access. The only reason I did not give this a five star is because the drinks taste different from day to day and also it depends on who makes it. The constant flavor change eventually turns me away from a coffee shop. But due to the fact that the people who work here are always so nice and I see the friendly faces, I would recommend the stop. You also can get a small coffee bean covered in chocolate when you get a coffee here, Yummy. Enjoy the stop.

The drinks were good. The little bean cups for the frozen hot chocolate are cute! Gave a 4star. This is the second time I didn’t receive my coffee bean on my cup granted the car a head of me got 3 coffee beans on his drink. The wait was super long….
