I wanted to like this place & give it a fair shake after seeing some negative reviews. I figured there may have been a few unhappy people or a couple of bad shifts, but maybe I was wrong.
A couple of people had recommended Brothers & said their burgers are fantastic. I’m not sure those people eat burgers very often. I got the Country Cuban. The patty was overcooked, small & looked like the previously frozen ones you get at Sam’s, Costco, or GFS. For a bun that size, you need two patties if they’re that small. The photos I’m posting aren’t very flattering, but I don’t dress plates before snapping pics. A ‘burger joint’ should specialize in sending out something other customers look at and wish they had ordered – not something that looks like a person on their last shift at a famous drive-thru slapped together. On a happier note, the fries were good.
The service wasn’t much better. I don’t think the teens working that night wanted to be there. It didn’t appear to be that busy for a Thursday night, but not once did the server offer to refill my drink, even when she brought my friend his second 2-for-1 beer. At one point she even admitted she forgot about us.
I’m a big believer in small businesses and know the restaurant industry is hard, but the people working on a random night should be led in a way that makes them want to make regular customers out of first- timers.

Went for lunch and decided on Brothers Burgers – flatmate and I wanted something different for a change.
Menu looked great online (and I do love me a good burger) with interesting sides offered up as well.
It’s an open room with a couple of tables and some art with a splash of color on the walls.
Decent beer selection on tap, fast and friendly service, and my burger (Sweet Bacon Blue – blue cheese, caramelized onions, honey-balsamic reduction) was good. A tad on the dry side, but flavor was good. The Jambalaya side was a cool twist – one of the unique sides offered here – and it was decent. Nice flavor, but a little sweet.
Here’s the Breakdown:
Great service +1 star; good food +1 star; clean and bright interior +1 star; decent beer list +1 star.
I’ll go back again.

Stopped in to try the nachos. They were pretty good. They did need some salsa. I’m not sure if they forgot. I also tried the chicken fingers and buffalo style. They were huge and very good. There were lots of huge tv’s to watch the games and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back and try a burger.

We took friends here yesterday. 3 of us ordered the shrimp plate. We were told we get 2 sides. We each ordered different sides. The shrimp came out cold and the green bean side came out cold. The sides were all an up charge on the receipt. Disappointed with this visit.

I was pretty disappointed with Brothers. The reviews were good, so we decided to drop in to catch the game. I should have taken a closer look at the menu. I was expecting more sports bar type food. Maybe there was a theme to this place that I missed. I got a chicken sandwich, that didn’t have much of a taste. I guess I should have gotten the burger. Sadly, even the sweet potato fries were pretty tasteless. I would love to come back if the menu was extended and added something along the lines of cheese sticks. The staff was friendly and kept our water glasses filled though!

I truly and unbelievably, unfortunately experienced hostile treatment toward me and my friends who we are immigrants from middle east.My friend had 4 small bug in his food and he just stopped eating it and paid for it. I insisted that he needs to return his food and he rejected to say anything and paid for it.

Everything came out hot/fresh! Burger was just okay. It was definitely more bread than burger, unfortunately. The fries were fresh, but over salted. Fiancée ordered the wings, which he said were really good! The homemade ranch was delicious! They’re currently short-staffed, so service was slow, but that’s just something you have to accept these days. It was a hopping place on a Tuesday night!

REALLY courteous staff – VERY prompt service and food delivery. Gluten free catfish was a treat – came with french fries. Sat outside on a beautiful day – great area.
