I’ve been here 2 times for lunch both times were wrong orders this one though made me laugh so I ordered a double cheeseburger (I don’t like lettuce or tomato) then I ordered an original chicken sandwich no lettuce and I recieved an original with cheese, tomatoes, and onions, can someone tell me when they’ve seen an og chicken sandwich with onion and tomatoes??

Ordered SpongeBob whopper, waited a bit for them to come tell me they don’t have the bun!!why have something and you don’t have it, Burger King has been around for a long time, they can be better. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and she hands me a normal cup, so I’m looking on the soda digital screen for strawberry lemonade, I don’t see it, so I ask where is the strawberry lemonade, she says oh I make those, hmm, why would you hand me the cup then in the first place,

Beautiful and new location! Yeah they messed up my order but corrected it right away when I brought it to their attention. I hope that they do put access to a traffic light at this location soon. It’s really difficult to turn East onto Ellsworth during rush hour traffic. We’ll be back!

This is the second time we have been there under the new management and we have to say this is the cleanest, most friendly Burger King we have been to in a long time. The food is fresh and worth the wait. I just saw someone just post about waiting. Typical Californian who just moved here. Don’t even pay that review any attention. I would recommend this Burger King over all the rest in the east valley.

I enjoy the Mozzarella Fries a lot! They are skinner than the typical Mozzarella sticks, and I found that I enjoy them more. The Jr cheeseburger was hot of the grill, and the cheese melted nicely.

Waited a nearly 5 minutes at the window for my food and when I received it, my fries and my son’s fries were both placed upside down. The person taking my order was short with me and barely acknowledged me when I came to the window. He just kept the window closed and sat around talking to the other three guys behind the counter. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible. Cold soggy french fries, the chicken sandwich tasted like it was refried and old grease a few times just to keep it temperature. The toppings were scarce to say the least. Only plus was that the drive-thru greeter was polite. Called to complain, hahaha good chance getting anyone to answer. Sad.

Mobile order. 23 minutes. All they had to do was grab two items out of a heated drawer, scoop fries out of the pile and pour a drink into a cup. No customer service. No respect. And no efforts to keep the food prep table clean (see pic).
