My family & I had a dinner date here at Ledo Pizza in LaVale MD. right before we went to the Haunted House. ♀️ ♂️ This was the first time I had ever had Ledo Pizza . We ordered $200.00 worth of pizza , bread sticks & wings. & It was ALL SOOOO GOOOOOOD! WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR FOOD! & Our Waitress was on it too! We will be back to eat again!

Just ordered from Ledo Pizza in Lavale Md. for the first time. We got the meat lover’s pizza and it was great. The sauce was a little on the sweet side which we really liked and the pepperoni, sausage and hamburger were excellent. We will definitely be repeat customers! Another thing I would like to add is that the box fit the pizza perfectly, so the pizza doesn’t move around and get damaged.

On our way home from DC there was a snowstorm. We stopped In this town to get gas at Sheetz and unfortunately could not stay to eat at this pizza place that we saw . An online order was placed and we pickup it up after doing our stuff at the had station. I wanted to keep driving so trying to think that there would be less snow on the road the sooner we left. Pizza had a good taste. The sauce reminded me of a local pizza place where I grew up so it definitely had a positive vibe. From the picture I thought it looked like it was going to be Detroit style with a thicker crust but it was not. It was kind of a grandma sheet pan style. Friend said she thought it was a crackery crust but I would not say that Gregory to me is thin which this was but it was different. I don’t know how to describe it but it was good.

Great place to stop when you are driving Interstate 68. The food was very good. I had the cauliflower pizza and the sauce is soooo good. My fam had a hot Italian sub and Chicken parm sub and both looked good 🙂 The French fries were cooked crisp and yummy. We will stop here again ot was so easy to get on and off the highway.

We were really excited to try somewhere new since we usually stay at our few, but we were not very impressed. They had forgotten to put bacon on the pizza and then they took it back and put bacon on it but when we would pick up the pizza to eat it, all the bacon would fall off i’m guessing because it wasn’t cooked on it. My husband had ordered the house cheese fries with the cheddar sauce, but there was no cheddar sauce baked onto it. It was just fries with some melted/shredded cheese on itThe Stromboli was actually very good though.

Decided to order online a pizza. Online ordering was quick, easy and accurate. Arrived and the woman working was friendly, prompt and engaged. Not many people eating in but I hope it was an off day, this location is by far much better than any of the ledos I’ve been to in the MD/WV state line area. It was clean, very tasteful, food was delicious, I have zero complaints and look forward to eating there again next time I’m in the area and want ledos.

Careful with what you order. Don’t expect ingredients to not be cross contaminated. Beware. Ordered a half veg, half chicken, ended up with bacon all over the pizza. Returned to the restaurant after only 5 minutes as we had only driven down the road to charge our car. The owner came out in filthy clothing and the most horrible attitude; claimed he made the pizza and the bacon all over the pizza was due to driving around with it!. This is a cheese pizza which supposedly had all its toppings fly all over the place in a 2 min drive down the road. Frankly speaking after taking one look at the owner/chef we were so turned off by his appearance and lack of cleanliness that we just decided to take the loss and walk away. For a business located off the highway and dependent almost entirely on tourist traffic, you think the management would try harder to make things rights. It was only one medium pizza. I should also add the girl at the front was very prepared to handle such issues as she wasted no time in grabbing the owner/chef even before I was done explaining the problem. You can tell the restaurant is used to dissatisfied customers and the staff is trained well in how to deal with them. Such a shame. In any case, we left the pizza on their counter.

Can’t believe we were about to get burgers! We stopped here instead and Ledos did not disappoint. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Service was excellent, (restaurant was clean) . My family is picky and a handful but our server was phenomenal very personable. This experience was so good it will be a new family favorite whenever we are in town.

Glad to have Ledo just down the mountain. Their pizza is consistently good takeout. That said, their pizza is executed poorly consistently as well. Good toppings, but rarely distributed evenly. If the signature is a square cut, have staff work on even pieces, and actually cut all the way through (or sharpen your cutters) — we nearly always have to tear some of our uneven pieces off the pie. Good pizza elements consistently, poor execution consistently.
Back six months later to this review to update. I stand by my original post. The staff is woefully unable to cut a pie properly despite them tasting good.
