Went through the drive through and wanted to make two separate orders. The lady who took our order was very rude. She refused to split the order for me and my friend. Which isn’t a big deal. We were the only customers there. I can understand if they don’t know how to split an order or can’t do it because of a computer situation. But the lady was SO RUDE about it!! She basically yelled at us for asking. She literally said “uh uh I’m not doing all that. If you want to split an order you need to come inside.” Like I said, it wouldn’t have been a big deal that we had to pay for our coffees together, but her attitude and bossiness made it seem like us being there in general was a problem.

Aweful every time . It is in the neighborhood so its very convenient. The workers are extremely rude and just don’t care about you or their job because they’re getting paid regardless and know they wont get fired due to the desperate need of workers EVERYWHERE . The woman dropped my change on the floor moving so fast she knew it , she watched it fall…. and no apology no acknowledgment. Got my daughter her latte l and it tasted like chemicals. Just don’t understand why work with the public if you don’t like the general public. Not to mention they never have ANYTHING. Even in the morning or lunch time . If you’re hungry …. Go to wegmans. ♀️ went over to hudson ave and got fabulous service from that dunkin.

One of my best experiences at dunking doughnuts. The food was made perfectly as well as our drinks. It was all fast and the staff was super nice. The other 2 in East Irondequoit could take a lesson from this place.

After a LOOONG day of Christmas shopping in the freezing cold, my mother and I stopped at this location for some hot chocolate.
Jayden was behind the counter and made us the most delicious hot chocolate we’ve ever had.
Aside from the wonderful service and yummy coco, Jayden was personable, friendly and so good with customers.
As we drank our coco, we sat down and watched Jayden interact with many customers and I cannot say enough about this young man’s amazing personality and hard work ethic.
I will be coming back to this location all the way from Greece just for this reason. Jayden, if you ever see this, thank you for your kindness and all of your hard work, you don’t go unnoticed.

This location needs to work on their customer service skill. I went through the drive thru today and the staff member that took my order was rude. There is no need for a staff member to be disrespectful when a customer is simply ordering coffee the way they like for it to be made. I like to be specific when I order my coffee because there has been times where my order was not correct.

The hot chocolate was delicious today I needed that ASAP & that sour cream donut was good too. My only complaint is that he could’ve cleaned that cup better before giving it to me. I would prefer them wash their hands before handling food and pay attention to whose at the register because I had to wait a bit too. I guess their conversation was more important than customers

Good service but that breakfast taco was sad! It tasted fine but it was barely bigger than the palm of my hand and definitely wasn’t worth the $3.50 for one measley taco ($2.99 w/o bacon). This definitely should not have cost more than $2 so wow Dunkin definitely a rip-off!

The DD that I frequent is because they are open at 5:30 am. I bring donuts to students and the staff person is there religiously and has my order ready on the day that I request. She is the reason I frequent this particular DD but I do love a good cup of DD coffee. And love the senior discount.
