Stevie and his staff are AWESOME!! Super sweet and personable. Insanely great cocktails and food as well. Definitely would visit again when Im in Buffalo! This place brings cocktail bars back to basics with a fun twist of their own flavor. Also isn’t too expensive. Their happy hour deals are awesome too. Wish we had this place in Syracuse!

This was my 4th time coming to Hartmans and they never disappoint ! The waitress was super nice and working her tail off while it was busy. The past two times I was here its taken awhile to get serviced/ get drinks or food but last time I was here they took off a drink from our tab because it took awhile which was super nice to do ! Its a smaller place so it fills up quick but its perfect place to hangout after work!

The spirits are top-notch; their house bourbon is smooth as silk, and the rye whiskey packs a flavorful punch that’s hard to beat. But what truly elevated the experience were the bartenders, Cici and JD, who delivered nothing short of excellence in service. Cici’s encyclopedic knowledge of the menu led us to try their Old Fashioned (a masterfully balanced classic), mixed with such precision it felt like art in a glass. JD was equally attentive, chatting about the distilling process while whipping up Vine & Vice’s – all with genuine enthusiasm and zero rush, even on a busy Friday afternoon. Their recommendations were spot-on, making our group feel like VIPs. If you’re in Buffalo, skip the chains and head straight here for craft drinks and unforgettable hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

Hartman’s is one of my favorite spots in Buffalo. The drinks are always great, and the vibe is the perfect mix of upbeat and relaxed. But, the real highlight is Amber, who’s both a bartender and server there. She’s truly the best! Super friendly, attentive, and makes everyone feel like a regular the second they sit down. Go see her, tip her well and thank me later.

Hartman’s distilling co is one of my favorite places to go on a Saturday night! The atmosphere is wonderful and welcome to all. The pop up dj’s are always great and Cierra the bartender was even more wonderful. The service was excellent and Cierra kept my friends and I entertained all night long!! Highly recommend to those who have not been here!!
