Staff was all over the place, and unorganized, chicken was in plain, sprite didn’t taste like sprite, more than half the drink is ice, fries were like the ones you can bake at home, and they handed us 2 different orders before getting ours right, I tried to like the food but i just couldn’t.

This new canes here is amazing. Everything is usually spot on, very clean, and ready to be eaten chicken finger meals. Make sure you know how much sauces come with your combo, because they’ll just stick the extra sauce in ur tray/box! Here’s a tip for your next experience. Try asking them what does SAUCE stand for.

Got our food quick. The people in front of us in the drive thru didnt get their food so had to wait an extra 15 min for that. When we asked if they could move up so we could squeeze out, was told no…3 cars behind us were also done and waiting. They need a spot like other fast food for larger orders waiting. If you go, go thru the light on the outside so you dont get trapped.Cold food. Yum.

Portion size was disappointing. The chicken fingers were like the size of 2 chicken Mcnuggets stacked on top of each other. For the price of like over $15! For that price, the chicken should be a lot bigger. Texas toast was not as flavorful as I remember, and I am from Texas… And what’s up with all the armed gaurds walking around? I thought it felt like a prison. Signage for dine in and drive thru could have been placed in a better location. Not in the middle of the road. The initial approach was shaky upon arrival. The workers looked very happy and excited. Customer service was on point even though they forgot one of our straws after we made sure to ask for them. Overall, I may go back one more time and order something else but I wasn’t impressed. If i have enough money.

Waited 15 min. Not the first time. 🙁 Everyone behind me (with big orders ) got their food. Meanwhile they moved me out of the line for a simple 3 piece meal because they couldnt find my order or either skipped on my order. I didnt recieve it till about 6 cars behind me got theirs. By both experiences, Looks like if your paying cash they will skip your order and have you wait longer!!

Service was awesome I was greeted by the front staff with welcoming hellos and smiles. The vibes were great with the music and I was very impressed with how clean the store was. Food was super good and fresh I didn’t have a long wait so I was happy about that . We are excited to have a raising canes close to us now. Shout out to Angelina for being awesome and coming around to check on my family and I as we enjoyed our meal . She even helped us clean up! She let my kids talk her ear off and had a smile the whole time. I will definitely be back hope to see this business grow

The great experience started at the door, greeted with smiles and a clean restaurant. Landon helped us right away, order experience smooth and accurate. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Brian checked in on us and the staff was observed to be on task, friendly and on top of it. Happy to have canes in apple valley.
