Soooo yummy!! We tried the Cheesy Bite pizza today for $12.99. Generally we get the stuffed crust, but this was a nice change and very similar. Fresh out of the oven and always consistent with toppings. Highly recommend!

Wish I could leave 0 stars this place is an absolute joke! Placed order online waited for 56 mins and the lady said they were pulling it out of oven, finally we get our pizza and it’s cold, box is soggy and clearly not right of oven!!! Workers are rude and stand around chatting, will never go back!!! Over priced and not even decent food!!!

Ordered a hand tossed Pepperoni Lovers pizza tonight. Got a burnt thin crust pizza instead that was wasted because burnt isn’t a desirable flavor for pizza. Check your pizza before you leave the one in Grayson Ky, save yourself the trouble.

Last time I eat at Grayson Pizza Hut …..normally their dine in is a pleasant experience ….NOT TODAY !!!!…..I see why now their parking lot is always empty ….took forever for them to seat me , then took a family in front of me, they were out of several drinks, took forever to get my drink , waitress had a major attitude with me, ordered garlic bread, got bread sticks , after taking them back got told by waitress that they were out of garlic bread ….once again with an attitude asking if I wanted them taken off the bill….like who pays for crap service like this …..I’m done !!!!!!

Our experience was horrible. Let me start off by saying our food was good but we ordered a lg pizza and 12 wings we ate 2 slices and 4 wings. So as we are paying we ask for a box and something to take our wings home in. Our waitress bings us out 3 personal size boxes and a tin foil pan with no lid. I ask could we have a medium size box instead of 3 small boxes and a lid for the wings, her reply was my manager will not allow us to give a medium box and we don’t have lids for the tin foil pans. Are you kidding me! we spent $60 and I can’t have a medium box!!! So I ask to speak to the manager and she tells us it’s a corporate thing. I believe this is a bit ridiculous! Will not ever go back I don’t care how good the food was!

My last 3 online orders hasn’t been ready when I got there to get it. I’ve jad to sit for 20 plus mins each time bc my food hadn’t even been prepared. When I ask why it wasn’t ready I was told the online order didn’t come thru and another time the system was down but I see the lady that’s suppose to b fixing my food n the back dancing/talking to another employee that was also not working. Gotta do better about getting people’s food ready n the time frame it says it will b done. I shouldn’t have to wait a hour when it says 15/20 mins

Wings are amazing and pizza too of course. That’s what’s keeps us coming back. Nice to have a nice place to eat in at. Service is very hit or miss. I spent years working for pizza hut when younger. I used to train all positions. The dining experience in them has been completely let go, in most pizza huts I have eaten in lately. I did have the best store manager who truly cared about running a great restaurant and crew though.
