I order 2 medium special. Had bad personal experience with employee. I looked at pizza and showed him the box that whoever made it was not properly made and seems like he didn’t have experience. afterwards I ignored the topic asked him if I can get some chili peppers. Attitude was not good and look can’t describe in words. Personally will not order from this place anymore. This was my 2nd time I gave them a chance, but I think owner doesn’t have enough time to train his employees- Good Luck

The General Manager, Amy, was so incredibly kind and attentive when I arrived to pick up my order even though she was the only staff member working. I had given her my feedback while there with her regarding being unable to reach anyone in the pizza shop. After our wonderful conversation, I told her I would be returning as long as she works there because even though she was getting buried with orders, she made sure that I had everything I needed before I left.
My issues I had were being unable to reach someone in the shop after placing an order via the APP as I wrote above and my pizza crust was not correct even though I did indicate on my order slip of the request ( Amy did attempt to correct the pizza crust immediately ) ; so those two little wrinkles needed ironing out and when Amy showed she was more-than-willing to provide her ear , I assured her I was coming back as long as she was working!

Ordered at 10 am for an 11am delivery. 11am no pizza app says quality check. Half an hour goes by the same message on the app. Tried to call location message says mailbox is full cannot leave message. Finally, the phone is answered, and they say I am the only one in store, waiting for the delivery driver. The pizza is not delivered till 1pm, two hours after delivery time 3 hours after original order. Sent me a coupon for 20% off next order, must use within 7 days! Are you kidding me?!? This is the worst Domino’s ever. I ordered a pizza on there app 2-3 hours ago. I called and they told me they do not have my order. So I called another store and they said they did not have my order so I called back to the pizza store on northfield. The young guy was very rude and act like he didn’t care about my order that I paid almost $32 for. So I called back once again and out the blue they found my order. So he tells me the order will be here within 15 to 20 minutes while I get another call back and they tell me they didn’t have the crust that I wanted so I said can you just give me the large crust the young lady said yes I will give you the large crust. So I give a notification that Cory is on his way with your order. 10 minutes later I get a call from the general manager stating they have none of the items that I want on my pizza and they have one driver and do I want to cancel my order, I told him yes then I called him back and I told him how I felt. I’ve told him the customer service is very weak. They’re very rude and I never experienced anything like this before dominoes need to be shut down. They have a bunch of young kids working there that does not care , I place the order two hours ago. It is now 340 and you calling me to tell me that you don’t have some of the items that I want on my pizza. I am going to write to the corporate and let them know how this Domino’s on Northfield in Maple Heights is very unprofessional. I should be getting something to compensate my time of course they didn’t offer that. I ordered wings and pizza. Now I have to wait 5-10 days to get my money back on my card. Because of there foolishness.

Had to call the shop at 1:30 and was told that my pizza was not in the oven yet.
Waited for another TWO HOURS, got a confirmation that the driver was on the way.
JUST GOT A CALL another hour and 20 minutes later that my food was not in the oven, internet delivery was wrong, AND my food was never delivered.

The worst delivery experience ever. These guys won’t deliver on time and also they always deliver cold food. I have experienced their delay a hell lot of times. One day they delivered me food after 3hours and today the delivery person named “Shanae”, she didn’t even deliver my food but pressed complete in my tracker. I have been trying to call the store to complain about this for almost 25times but they didn’t respond to my call. Never ever order food in this Domino’s better ban this store in Maple heights .
